Ill start off by saying i love Pei Wei to the fullest and never had a bad experience. Well, that is till i came to this location in Mckinney off highway 75. My wife and were having a lil date night, dinner and a movie. Well lets say we never got to eat and had to go to the movie pretty hungry. We waited over 25 mins. for our food, thinking maybe theyre just busy! Hmm, we beat the crowd that came in after us and thats when i noticed people getting there food before us. I went to ask the manager, which at this point we had to get going because we had to get to our movie. No explanation, he barely said sorry, gave us our money back. So with that being said, this location was the worst experience we have received eating years at Pei Wei. I will never eat there again. I left feeling like it was my fault we got bad service.

I love Pei Wei food, I visit this location all the time, last 2 times I told myself, I will give it another chance, but this time I feel I need to share my frustration, every time I come in (always at opening time) forks have dried bits of food on them, tables and chairs have smeared food from previous visitors, floor is sticky; how hard is it to clean the place properly? Or is this one of those things, business is good and these little things do not matter since no-one is complaining?

Understaffed. Had to bus own table Finished eating my dinner and my husbands meal still wasnt out Got order wrong then the replacement was burnt Store is dirty Trays with dirty food up on counter next to clean plates and out coming food When tables were bused it was by the same guy bringing out the food that just touched the dirty plates and wiped the table Not impressed with this manager at all This place has gone way, way down since the manager Donny has left, very disappointing

Used to be a favorite. Location in Mckinney appears to be in the process of being renovated. We ate in, which took forever, while watching literally 60 to-go orders sent while we waited. Clearly they put their efforts into having carry-out ready, but leave people at tables stranded. The manager apologized for the wait. No oranges for the tea. One item on our order was wrong. It took us well over an hour to eat somewhere that should have taken far less time.

I used to live in McKinney and now live in Allen. Both locations are great and I really appreciate the kind of service I get when I go to either location. They understand what customer service is all about. In the day in age of smart phones and touch screens its nice to be able to go to a place that still believes in face to face customer service with a smile. I highly recommend them!!!

Great customer service. When I ordered my meal, I do not remember if I told the cashier "steamed" on my steak. When it came out, I realized it was fried, and asked to buy another entree. He manager, or manager on staff, corrected my order. I have had to pay again in other establishments. This goes a long way.

I LOVE this place. Seriously if I could eat this every single day and not gain any weight I would. I have loved Pei Wei since the day they opened! This is the closest location to me and I have seriously never had a single issue here! Food is always ready fast and comes out correctly! Keep it up!

Ordered chicken lettuces wraps and received no let us wraps. Said they call but I never received it the number was correct and when I picked up the order no one talked to me about the issue. Management took care of the order but irratated that multiple steps where missed in a simple issue.

Always crowded and busy yet they usually do a great job of seeing everyone is seated and food is served fresh and piping hot in a timely manner. 4 stars because there were no clean forks available and we had to trip a server to go get us plastic ware. Food delicious as always.

I do like it. I have just found that a time or two the take-out orders have not been exactly what I thought I ordered, but close enough to still be quite enjoyable. The food is freshly prepared and always very warm when I get it home so I honestly have no complaints.

The staff are self absorbed with flirting with each other... place was freezing... they said "we have to keep it cool for our workers"... food was nothing compared to PF Changs.. which this is supposed to be a spin off... we wnt once and never went back.

Great environment and atmosphere but overall substandard food. Will not be going there again as the quality of the food did not live up to the local hype. Also service wasnt that great. They messed up our order multiple times and service was very slow.

Food tend to be good most of the time. I wish they change their menu to offer a dish that is not sweet. Almost every dish they serve has sweetness to it. Tables are dirty most of the time and the silverware is placed upside down. Not very healthy....

Went with my friends not a big fan of their food but the service was nice and friendly. The food was served quickly and the store was clean and easy to navigate. If your already a patron of this chain this store is a good place to stop by.

Tim needs to get fired. The staff is lazy and the restaurant is exceedingly dirty. The food took way too long and my server looked like "oh my god I hate my job" chewing gum.

The good news is that it the food is fresh and prepared well. The bad news is that it no where near resembles authentic Asian food. The is an American take on Asian cuisine
