When did Pei Wei get so bad? Dug through the nasty food-filled trash to find my receipt and ask for a refund today, for last nights food. Its been at least a year since I have eaten at pei Wei. Ordered take out last night for the entire family. Food was soggy, sweet n sour chicken tasted like sour spicy chicken. All of it was terrible. The girl behind the counter seemed brand new, maybe she just got our order wrong? Since I spent 45$ I figured I would at least eat mine. I was the one that started cramping and felt sick. And the place was packed last night. Am I missing something? Calling the manager today to ask for a refund. And saved the uneaten food so they can try it if they dont believe me. 5 people tried the food last night here and 5 people hated it. Wont ever go back to a pei Wei again. It was that bad.

Went to this restaurant at 9.30 tonight with my boyfriend and had the most horrific experience. We both ordered and as soon as the food came, the staff started deep cleaning. While we were trying to eat, chairs were banged behind our seats, and cleaning solution sprayed on the tables around us. A lady started sweeping the floor and left the pile in front of our table, that we had to jump over when we left. By 9.45 the whole restaurant was picked up, all chairs up, all you can breathe was cleaning solution... I couldnt even finish my meal... We were out at 9.55. The restaurant closed at 10. I went to this location before and never had an issue but this time was a horrible experience. Never again... Bad service and they surely do not appreciate their customers.

Went in tonight for take out...ordered their lettuce wraps....got home and the lettuce was yellow and not in any condition to be rolled...I called the manager and she took care of it but I would have preferred it was right from the beginning...Im satisfied with the managers action but I still have to rate it with a one star...you should never get your signature dish wrong....good luck everyone...

Been there many times both take out and eating in. Always been fairly good but was better when the previous manager left to take over a Pei Wei in Denver. He was always there, would seat with you and asked how everything was. I have not seen nor even know who is the manager since he left. When he was running it I would have rated it 5 stars!

Im surprise this place was zagat rated. I ordered a simple dish, chicken chow mein, and the check was dry dry dry. I ended up just eating the noodles because I was so hungry. My sister ordered the chicken broccoli and there was more noodles than anything. Roughly about 6 broccoli and 4 piece of chicken. What a waste of money.

Today i went to Pei Wei for the first time. The service was impeccable, a nice young lady whose name i will keep anonymous was the perfect waitress and for that reason and the great food i will definitely be coming back here soon. Thank you to all the chefs and the nice waitress for my meal.

Just wanted to point out that the new night manager guy at the front is super courteous, and on top of keeping things moving. While I am disappointed that another of my favorite dishes is being taken off the menu I am pleased to see such a smooth running operation tonight.

Really nice people working here and their food service is alway fast and really good tasting. Ive never been disappointed. I really liked the tea selection with the fresh oranges. The place could be a bit cleaner, but nothing really that bad, just a bit messy in spots.

The service was very quick and friendly. On our first time there we received a complimentary appetizer from the manager. The food was tasty (albeit very Americanized Chinese) and the portions were large enough for two meals.

Sticky, messy tables. Even after they were cleaned. The manager saw the noodles and spilled drink on chair, said just to clean it and table was good. Her employee had just cleaned it. I had to clean it myself.

Went with a good friend-had the new Chicken Curry dish. Was ok. Other dishes are better I think. Staff is good, Ill come back. One of the only decent fast places to eat in Garland.

Not bad. They are fast. The food is usually pretty good. Sushi is premade, which I am not a fan of. Their bowls are made fresh and usually good as long as the meat isnt overcooked.

I didnt know the Asian Chopped Chicken Salad had Sesame seeds, which Im allergic to, and they offered to exchange it without having to pay for it again. (How nice ^-^)
