Unpleasant experience. Walked in. Ordered food. Had to wait about 20 min for the a private Wei employee to free up the restoom. Staff seemed like they didnt care in general. Im assuming they dont have employee restrooms?? Ive managed retail before and I always discouraged my staff from using the customers restrooms. Especially since this place has a one person restroom

When we sat down at our booth, I noticed I was stepping on something. I looked under the table only to find a mess. There were wrappers, pieces of chicken and other mess on the floor. And the table was sticky. The tall, dark haired guy that took our order was very arrogant. Will not go back until they get better, nicer employees and clean up this mess of a place.

I have eaten here before. This time was not as good because the store, the tables, the silverware and even the bathroom was very unclean. The overall price was very high for the food we received. Expect to pay around $13 to $15 per person. Considering the fact that it is essentially self service it has become overpriced over the years.

If you want to go this restaurant, you better make sure and double check your belongings. Someone in this restaurant stole $400 from my wifes bag. I made a police report through Plano Police Dept and detectives are investigating the case now. I also submitted a complaint to the headquarter, but no response. What a shame! Absolute worst!

Better than the one in McKinney on El Dorado. Frequently busy though. Best time is off peak weekdays 2 to 4 and after 7 pm. Food is good 90% of the time and so-so the rest when cook is new or swamped with orders. Has unlicensed possession notice, i.e. license-to-carry permitted. No 30.06 or 30.07 notices.

Just picked up an order to go...and it was terrible!!! I ordered the chicken fried rice and all of it was burnt. This was the first time Ive eaten at Pei Wei and will be the last. The entire dish tasted like burnt egg...a few bites later the whole thing as well as $10 in the trash.

Not sure what happened, but after an apparent menu change, this place has gone severely downhill. Cold food (returned and replaced with more cold food), limited/confusing menu choices, and does taste like it used to either. After several years of patronage, I wont be returning.

Never have been there before.. the vegetables where actually very good.. however the actual protein (chicken), was alright. If you want something cheaper for about almost the same quality, its better just to go to the mall and pick up some cheap Chinese.

Pretty good. Very similar to other Pei Weis. I like their drink station where you can choose any beverage and the variety they bring to their menus. They have gotten my order wrong a few times but it is always something minor or they take care of it.

Ordered a dish that said vegetarian upon request. Stated I wanted vegetarian with tofu, the receipt said tofu&vegs. I guess the cashier and/or cook werent trained in what vegetarian means because I still had a piece of chicken in my to go order.

This place is clean, super fast service, friendly staff and great atmosphere. The forks and knives are clean. Has a Coke Freestyle with all the flavors of Coke stocked. I recommend this over Panda Garden and over Mr. Gratis Pizza.
