The vehicle in front of me returned their food to the window and after about 20 seconds received a bag again. I then pulled up and received my order and proceeded to drive off. Out of curiosity I decided to look inside my bag at which point I noticed crumpled napkins and a wrapper that was not tightly wrapped around one of the sandwiches. Long story short, it appears that she got the wrong order, returned it after digging through it at which point it was given to me. I made several attempts to call the store but there was never an answer. I try to give people the benefit of doubt, but food tampering is serious. This location just lost a repeat customer.

Very unprofessional service. Waited to be attended when I was the only one there. Do not recommend to anyone. People in civilian attire were working and cleaning before closing hours... Never been to such a ghetto establishment like this in my life. Would have manager reprimanded or fired for this total lack of Professionalism...

Bad custumer service specially management theres is an ugly small and blonde manager she is so rude. Bad burgers it takes to long to get orders and they always get them wrong cook dont wear gloves or wash their hands and I over heard a cashier telling another one he was high. Cashier that took my order was very unfriendly

5/12/2013 last night i went to this burger king in drive thru and the food sucked but the service was really awesome that made my food taste good lady short with black hair was very kind and sweet very good employee SHES A KEEPER!

Poor customer service and extremely long waits in the drive thru at night. I have gotten tired of waiting in line with only one car in front of me and left two times now (10+ minutes with no movement).

Dont even rate it one star. NO STARS. Gave me wrong order and denied that they did. Charged $7 for a dollar burger and dont believe me. Contacting corporate for their RUDE service and attitude.

Service is slow, staff seem to be doing the bare minimum, and management is apathetic at best. I have never seen an employee smile the entire time this restaurant has been open.
