Ok one thing first Bootlegger grill has been nothing but a friendly environment for a yr now i had the privilege of opening this restaurant from either behind the line cooking or mixing longview favorite drinks. Now the point of this is Daniel Linn as chef to chef we admired amd also learned from each other and yes we brought awesome food to many people in longview somethings that are still talked about today, so the personal beef had no matter and the words you say about Mr Cline are no one buisness so if you think personal matters will stop this place from shining then sir you are wrong, now as of working with Mr Cline i can say this never met a man willing to stick his neck out just to give longview a little more excitement and work hard at making a place for this town.###TeamBootlegForever

Okay. So I would normally not be one to post this yet I need too. The store is a great place. Well done with the right atmosphere. Yet let me get to the root of my one star review.the owner is a thief as well as a lying cheat. He brought a chef in (aka Me) to ope. The store. Said he k ew how to run a restaurant. .. yet had never had any experience. He offered a new start for a new young chef an opportunity that many would die for yet he took it away from without any reason. He had no idea how to balance a budget or pay his employees. Im here now an executive chef I. Houston running a 4+ star restaurant. . . His loss. Dont forget he owes me $1200bucks!

Had dinner on Sept. 27, 2014 and enjoyed it a lot. Had the Grilled Chicken Dijon, it was perfect and a complete different taste from other eating establishment. My wife had the Bootlegger Burger, which she also enjoyed, we are planning to be regular customers. Good job Cris Cline, keep up the good work!!!!!! BillO

This is actually one if the most laid back environments Ive ever worked in all my yrs of serving. We have amazing food, and a huge selection of drinks. Ill also add the owner, and management are really great people in and outside the establishment. Happy 1 yr to bootlegger❤

Grilled chicken club for lunch was not good. Undercooked bacon. Cheese was half off chicken. Ciabatta had burn ring right in the middle of bun , which I think was cooked on grease. I will give it one more try. Just because so many people do like it. Everyone has an off day.

The food and beer selection here is great. There are many good specialty burgers, and the pulled pork tacos are wonderful. There are many excellent craft beers on tap. I was excited to see Great Raft on tap, which is brewed in my hometown of Shreveport.

Smaller scale sports bar which is nice especially when the owner always comes by too say hello and ask if everything is good. The food is very good, they smoke their own meats and is less expensive than the larger "chain" type sports bars.

Great place my second time. No complaints owner is a gentleman and he is very polite. Most owners dont come out and serve ppl or even see there faces. Took husband there he loves it. Will be back soon

I have no idea how they prepare their hamburger meat, but however they do, it is GREAT!!! Massive patty cooked to order, on a fresh homemade bun. I highly recommend you give this place a try.
