If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a copy of the texts I sent the managers because they were no where on site. And I still have yet to receive a response... Hello Jenn and Brandi. I am currently at The Point having a horrible experience. The host of my event contacted one of you earlier in the week to set the expectation of 30 people coming into your establishment during the brunch hours. Unfortunately, the experience has been horrible. For a nice Saturday in KC your business was only "stocked" with one waitress and one bartender. The poor waitress, Andrea, is running around to cover all of the tables, inside and outside. Even though her effort is greatly appreciated we nor any of the other patrons were able to receive a good experience. We, a party of 20, all ordered bottomless mimosas and the bar ran out of champagne. We had to get our own silver ware which was dirty, so we used plastic, and get our own food from the kitchen to keep it from sitting there getting cold. This is completely unacceptable especially since you were notified a head of time of a huge party trying to patronize your establishment. There is much more that can be said about our experience so I would love to speak with one of you. I can be reached at anytime from this number. This place is bad. Its unfortunate because I live in the neighborhood and was looking forward to having a close by bar. I came here on a Friday night around 7pm or so. It was pretty empty so we got a table right away. We ordered drinks but they took AGES to arrive. The bartender was too busy flirting with the group of ladies at the bar. They ended up being out of half the items we ordered. How can a kitchen be out of everything early Friday night? Our food came out luke warm. And our waitress was unprofessional. I will not be recommending The Point to anyone I know.

Great food! Very good burger cooked well and the curley fries are great. Yes its a BAR type atmosphere but the food is awesome. We are from lake of the ozarks, came up here for life in color concert and and asked a guy at a gas station where a good place to eat was n he said he worked at the point and that we should try there... turned out to be a great experience if you enjoy hip hop music and great american food. Sodas were a little watered down but they said it would be fixed right away. We went with tea and water instead.

Unleashed is a hidden gem of shelters. Theyre easy to work with, and the thing that sticks out most is the attitude and the passion the volunteers and staff have for getting their pets loving homes. We adopted a dog just a few weeks ago from them and despite simple mix-ups that would be normal for a non-profit, we found the place to be fantastic. Highly recommended!

Love love LOVE this place. Im there at least once a week. Off the beaten path, great weeknight and weekend specials, great place to watch games (especially outside), and friendly (although sometimes very busy) service. I strongly recommend thurs steak night. Almost gave it zero stars so I could keep it as my secret. Dont come unless you want to have fun!

Discrimination....(So called dress code targets black people) They said my shorts where too long I have to leave and i looked around and seen about 8 white people shorts longer than mine. Basically they want you to shop where ever they sell short shorts or dont buy a certain brand of clothes. Place has a stupid racist dress code

Enjoyed my visit. Chicken & Waffles were only $7.99 ... it came with a whiskey syrup that tasted nothing like whiskey at all. The waffle was OK, i could tell it wasnt made from scratch. There was a very generic general taste about it. I did like the chicken strips and the bottomless mimosas for $15 a person wasnt too bad.

Pros: The decor is nice and the girls behind the bar are cute. Cons: The food taste like its microwaved, worst french fries Ive ever had. The bartenders/staff are slow and unprofessional. The lines to their taps must never get cleaned, beer tasted like it was expired. My friends and I wont go back.

We came in to get some food last minute but while waiting were so grossed out by the smell of the sinks that we got the food to go. Really unappetizing. Its also pretty bad when your guy goes to the bathroom and comes out saying "disgusting."

Love, love, love!!! Bartenders and patrons are always super cool. You could literally walk in alone and still have a laid back conversation. Drinks are always on point and the downstairs has just been renovated, cant wait to check it out

Had dinner and drinks here early on a Fri night (6pm). Server was friendly, which was the only positive. Food was terrible. I mean seriously poor quality, even for a bar. Drinks took a while to get. Overall we werent impressed.
