This place was always a staple in meeting up with the guys and having a good time. With the recent remodel I hadnt been in here in maybe a year or two. Went finally and hated the remodel it just doesnt look good not very inviting in my opinion. The bar area is a mess and bleeds into the main dining area because its not sectioned off anymore. Its just not well planned in this location and a mess. I also made a order through the app recently and it kinda sealed the deal on me never going here again. The manager CHIP some old fart with glasses basically told me its my fault they messes my order up when clearly it was their negligence to even read my order clearly stated on the app, my receipt on my order, and in my check out receipt on the app. But this bastard had the nerve to be rude and make me feel guilty for asking them to fix my order like it was gonna be a big deal for him to do his job. Slamming stuff around huffing and puffing. He even took my unsauced wings BACK FROM ME into the kitchen (Im back here after an hour of getting my food almost between driving home and back again) and Im hoping he actually threw it away to make me new ones like Id asked since they were cold and sauceless pucks of shame now that I could of bought from Wal-Mart or Mc Donalds for a third of the cost. Pretty sure Mr. CHIP just went back, nuked my cold ass boneless wings tossed them in sauce and put them back into my original bag with hot carrots and ranch. I asked for a refund but was denied and given a voucher coupon instead..i just wanted hot fresh food but instead this guy was a complete ass to me. When I got to my car I tried on and the outside was hot but center was cold...like they HAD BEEN MICROWAVED AND WERE THE SAME boneless wings. Never been so disrespected, accused of lying, and downright treated like garbage like CHIP treated me (if he even gave me his real name) this night. Thankfully the girl at the front gave me a sweet tea to keep me from exploding on this guy for being an idiot.. I may just have to stick to wingstop for the rest of my life now. At least they dont blame their issues on a paying customer and make them feel uncomfortable like this old man manager "Chip" did. Im just more in shock this guy looked me in the face and told me it was my fault and wouldnt give me a refund let alone fresh wings.

We have had multiple Issues with to go orders for months and more than a couple encounters with Whitney (the "manager")Today was the last straw. We ordered an hour and a half ahead of time and order was not even in the system when I arrived. The cashier looked like she was extremely frustrated that our order was not placed and immediately called her manager Whitney to look at the issue -which I learned had happened with three other orders before mine -and cashier was concerned that the employee before her shift had not put in any orders - Whitney (the "manager" )proceeded to point in her face and raise her voice and told her it was NOT the other employees fault - it was the fact that their system didnt save the order and she needed to stop making it an issue and she would "take care of it" just get the customer (me) the pay and she(Whitney) would get the order in. The cashier was very apologetic and clearly frustrated with the managers behavior.... As was I. I was then told it would take about 15 minutes (it had already been twenty minutes at this point) so I asked the cashier about a discount due to the wait and complications ( I was already running late for the Super Bowl party as the food was already supposed to be done) so the manage came over - never apologized or looked me in the eye or spoke to me the whole time - and put in a small ass discount and walked off and had the cashier let me know what the "discount" was. Then I waited fifteen minutes for my order .... And guess what?! It was wrong. Sad part Is... I am not surprised. This is hands down the worst run restaurant in Longview. Whitney is a rude - non personable - inefficient - horrible manager. Until she is gone - and things are run differently - and orders can be input and cooked properly- we will not be returning.

While the sports atmosphere might be great the service that me and my friends received tonight was absolutely horrible... Once we walked through the door me and my friends saw some tables open but they acted as if there were no tables open and asked us did we want to sit outside in 40 degree weather.. We said absolutely not.. As you may have already guessed I am afican American, It took us about 20 minutes to get waited on for drinks, once I received my food some time later the wings were cold and didnt taste fresh cooked at all.: and once I finished my food and asked for two to go containers one of the to go containers was filled with trash and left over food from some other table..and I was absolutely appalled that our waiter laughed it off and took it as a joke.. Still managed to rack up a $37 ticket for the worst service Ive ever received in my life.. Place needs to be shut down honestly...

If I could I put a 0. After a not going there for 3 years due to horrible service we decide to give them a try again... (new menú) so we got there it was Sunday football day . So if they know that they are going to be busy get extras employees. We walk in and no joke we waited 14 minutes before another customer when and got someone that was serving to come and get our names to put on the waiting list. The male employee to me its going to be like a 30 to for 40 minutes wait if you want to wait if not let me get the people being you. What kind of service is that? We left and went to olive garden and waited 5 minutes and spend 80 dollars for me and my family. And this is the only reason I buy wings stop rather then buffalo wild wings... no coming back again. .......

I have been to this specific location two or three dozen times or more, and I have never had good service, let alone great service here, but its never been horrible either. Out of all the times I have been, I cant remember ever getting my food quickly, which isnt the worst, but they arent even quick at getting drink orders taken, drinks out, or refilled. If their batting ave. was based on drink service, it would be sub .100...not very good. If their ERA was based off their food service was, it would be 5-6+. I have found, nobody likes every sauce, but each individual sauce has someone that likes it. Overall, the food is usually at minimum good, if you choose a sauce you like. Whereas the service, needs LOTS of help.

Worst place ever! We went there only five of use ordered drinks took forty five minutes to bring them to us food took 2 hours to get to us the only reason we stayed because they gave us 50% off their waiter only checked on us once the whole time we had to go get our own refills. Then the waiter had the nerve to tell us to tip big so I put on the tip line "do better next time" we walked out and the waiter came after me and tried to fight. Once I went towards him he ran back inside we asked for the manager for 45 minutes and she never came out so we left to find out they charged our credit cards 30 dollars over and called the cops when we left and said we came after him and ran! horrible place and management.
