My family and I entered the Baskin Robbins of Longview at 9:40 p.m. We were the next in line when the employee began emptying the ice cream coolers and putting the ice cream away for the night. I asked them when they closed and if I was too late to get ice cream. They said they closed at 10:00 p.m. This was 20 minutes away. I asked if there was a specific ingredient in the ice cream because I have a child with an allergy. They told me I could go online and check it out. I think employees should serve until the closing time and be informed of their products. Trying to please the customer is a must in retail sales.

Small store combined with Wendys, but big on taste. Hard to go wrong with Baskin-Robbins. Expect a short wait, good food tends to be harder to get at. Clean restaurant and awesome staff.
