This place was a joke. Wife and I walked in , and placed our order. It took 20 minutes for the employees to make malts , and they had no idea how to make them. I reached out to corporate and they were unwilling to do anything about it. Will not be supporting Marble Slab again.

They were really helpful the cookie I wanted was baking I sat in and ate my ice cream the Manager actually made sure I knew when they were ready and brought me mine. I appreciate the customer service. Awesome time.

If this is the new location on the corner of 249 & Spring Cypress then this review applies. The young ladies were very sweet and helpful. The ice cream and mix-ins were awesome!! Will be coming back for sure!

Great ice cream and mixed toppings. Floor was dirty though, and they didnt seem to keep scoop bins clean. Young staff needs a bit of food safety training. Otherwise great.
