I tried this newer location recently in the later evening. 3 workers there. When the people ahead of me were finished they left and I was standing alone with no one else in the store. The 3 workers were behind the counter talking and IGNORING me. Eventually they looked up and stared at me blankly. I asked if they were done talking and ready to take my order which gave all of them an attitude. I ordered my ice cream and asked for a sugar cone. They put it on one of those crappy cheap cones and I repeated that I wanted a sugar cone. They said they were out and I told them I didnt want the other kind. The oldest worker said I could have a waffle cone instead. I reluctantly had to accept it, but it makes me angry that a staple like a sugar cone should not have the correct amount ordered. Also, this place never has any pre-packaged ice cream in stock in the flavors I want (chocolate mint - another standard) and I have to wait for entirely too long for them to hand scoop it. Slow service and too many of these younger workers have poor work ethic.

Correct me if Im wrong but Baskin Robbins closes at 10PM. We were rushing to get to this Baskin Robbins and got there at 9:52. Two people were walking out and I was walking towards the door. This guy came up and locked the doors right as they got out. I work in the food industry as well so I know that its annoying that I came so late. But I wouldve still accepted the customer. Its not gonna take anyone more than three minutes to hand out a few scoops of ice cream. The customer service here needs obvious improvement. I dont believe theyre supposed to close any earlier than the time posted.

Polite staff and the normal variety offered by a Baskin Robbins. This one needs just a little more space inside. There just isnt room outside because of the wrap around parking lot shared by several other businesses.

I live .5 miles away from this Baskin Robbins but I will go to the one in Gladstone to get mine just because there scoops are to small
