Second time here in a month die to a gift card. The inside is disgusting, the floors are filthy like someone mopped with a dirt filled mop head and the tables and walls have food caked on them. I dont think they clean on a regular basis. This is also the second time Ive ordered there "2 or more scoopes, get a fresh baked waffle cone" and both times they havent had then because their machine is broken. But they never put a sign up saying they couldnt honor the deal or offer something in exchange. I ordered a blast but they cant do that or a smoothie either because their ice machine is broken. How is the owner still allowed to run this place and what is the manager or corporate doing about it? Dont waste your time at this baskin robbins go somewhere else where you can get what you order.

The ice cream is good. The waffle cone was chewy seemed old. The atmosphere is pretty bad. Gross dirty floors. Freezing cold air blowing from the vents and when i asked why it was so cold, got a sarcastic "well it is an ice cream place". Yet within minutes the cold air stopped. I honestly think they discourage you from staying inside and eating there. I left at 8:24 pm and sign clearly says they close at 9 but they already turned off the Open sign.

This is the nastiest baskin robbins in KC. The place needs a good scrub down and remodel. Went in to get ice cream and it took like 30 min. Granted it was busy but by the time we got ours everybody behinde us in line was done and gone. Ended up just throwing shake away by the time i got it i was to pissed at waiting to even finish it. Go to the liberty one much cleaner.

I love Baskin Robins. This particular location serves baskin robins ice cream, but the level of cleanliness is mediocre. The ice cream and scoops appear well managed. Its more the condition of the cases, the counters, the floors, the walls. For sure need a cleaning. Other than that the ice cream is Baskin Robins good.

I understand if you arent open 5 minutes past open time but we got there at 11:30 and the door was still locked. Looked at the sign and it said open at 11 am. Looked in the store and the two girls that were there just stared at me through the window. If you arent open when the sign says you are, you should change the sign.

March 9th. Second time I went to get ice cream and the open sign was off. It was 8:30. Plus, tonight there was someone inside putting things away. They totally ignored us when we approached the door. They pretended to not see us. NOT happy. Will not return.

Love going to Baskin & Robins. I go in and tell the girls to "Just pick two and surprise me!" They always do. Its a great treat and I find new favors I never would have tried on my own. Best way to end a long day....

Well love the ice cream first off. They were busy when my family and I went in. But they quickly got through everyone in line. Portion size was good value for the money, and larger than i could eat.

Rude staff. All very young. Some of the ice cream is freezer burnt. They refuse to make things right when they have wronged you. Looks like freddys has a new customer. Wont return back to there.
