Mangle The Broken Fox
I went in to this store to buy 6 $5.00 gift certificates. I do this quite a bit for small party favors. I am a Girl Scout Troop leader and Room Mom so I do a lot of things for kids. Last year I bought at least $90 worth of BR gift cards. I bought them at the 12740 Memorial Drive location last time. I stopped at this one because its right down the street from my house. The woman behind the counter told me I could not buy any GC for less than $10. I told her I have bought $5 GC in the past. She just rolled her eyes at me and said, "$10 dollar." So I left and went back to 12740 Memorial Drive thinking maybe there was some sort of policy change. But sure enough, they gave me my 6 $5.00 GC and were friendly to boot. I told them what had happened and they told me the other store isnt supposed to do that. I will never step foot back into 14501 Memorial. I will just take all my Girl Scouts and mommy/kid ice cream get together get to the 12740 location. That woman just let $30 walk out the door and she didnt have to touch even the tiniest bit of ice cream.

I came in here with hopes of having a coke float. The clerk looked at me like she had never heard of that before. So, my kid and I settled for a cup of vanilla ice cream with marshmellows and we are given the ice cream and the marshmellows separately and are told that they do not mix it in for you! WTF?? Here is the kicker, a family comes in shortly after and asked for an assortment of mixtures and behold they freaken mix it for them...seriously!! This place will never see my face or my money ever in Its existance!!!

I dont really like ice cream. I think there should be more staff over there. I just never go there I so busy I just cant go somewhere to get I cream go to the store and get 1 big barrel of ice cream for your family. They should have a ice cream factory and sell ice cream at the store. I recommend NOT going there.

This building is a bit dated and worn. It would be nice if they would update a few things. The mostly high school aged staff has always been friendly to me and the ice cream is Baskin Robbins. They also have several freezers with ice cream cakes which comes in handy for birthday parties.

U will never order an cake from this place again!!!! I order the purse cake and made 1 request for the white dots to be replace by some light pink heart.... You would have thought I gave them the dang idea for the cake and it was their frist time making it JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

There was only one worker. There was a big sign laid out on the floor for customers to trip over. I had to pick it up and post it back on the, wall which the hole was stripped, Im sure it fell again after we left. Other than that, the ice cream was delicious!

Good place to get ice cream if you live nearby and dont want to drive too far for better options. The outdoor seating area is not in the best spot but its an okay place overall.

Friendly and very sweet kids work here. Got my order right. The cake I purchased was a Fudge Crunch Cake and it was DELICIOUS. Recommend everyone to try it.
