I love Panera but I go to this particular place the most because its the closest and its just been annoying me lately how often they mess up my order, which is so simple. I always get a bowl of french onion soup and a caramel latte (normally large). Thats it. I dont ever customize my orders because I dont want to increase the odds of it being incorrect. Yet still, multiple times I have been given a regular sized latte when I ordered the large and they always have to remake it. And today, I tried out their rapid pick up service from the app for the first time, and they completely forgot the cheese in the soup and the bread pieces. But I think what was most annoying that caused me to come here and vent on google about it was: after I had placed the order through the app it had popped up with a survey for me to take to rate their service. To which I pressed not now because, well I hadnt picked up my food yet and experienced any service! So afterwards when I went looking on the app if there was a way to get back to the survey, couldnt find a way to -.-

Ive been going to panera for a while its one of my favorite places to eat but I refuse to go anymore. The first time they messed up and gave me tomato after I told them I was allergic. I get the same thing every time. Asiago steak and a ceaser salad as the pick two. The second time I went I told them no tomato no onion and no horseradish on the sandwich yet they gave me onion and my ceaser salad had kale in it. When I have a ceaser salad I expect romaine just like anyone else. Now I gave them a third chance and got my order again. The salad was fine but the sandwich had no lettuce and the meat looked disgusting I didnt even eat it. It looked really old. The meat was mainly white. I work in the food industry and Im very picky if someones food doesnt look correct. So Im completely disappointed. This panera location is going to give panera bread all together a bad name. They need new management or new employees that care.

The quality is going down. I meet at Panera in Selma with friends on a regular basis and the food is usually fresh and good. Last time I was there the strawberries on my salad were not fresh. Also the pieces of orange they use in the strawberry salad are from a can. Not really fresh stuff like Panera advertises! The staff looks very young. Maybe they need a more mature manager to supervise what is going on in the preparation room.

Dont order online. You have to pay in advance and when you get there they are out of most of what you ordered. Theyre too busy to change the bill so they just ask you to pick something from the one or two items they have left. Their small portions are overpriced and not that good. To be fair this is the only Panera I have been to, others in the chain may be better.

I love the food and have had good results at this location. I am curious about reviewers that say they are often out of things. I eat there fairly often, dont eat the same thing every time, and have never had them out of anything. I agree that the trash cans should be moved away from the drink dispensary. Regardless, it is one of my favorite places for lunch.

A nice and warm environment and the staff is nice and friendly! In particular the manager Jake Nutt really knows what hes doing. He took our order at a busy time and others as well AND made sure each order was out PROMPTLY. I am thoroughly satisfied with not only the food here at Panera bread off 1604/35 but the service is outstanding too! You bet Ill be back!

Too expensive for what you get. Flow of restaurant inside is confusing. Too long of a wait to get a sandwich. And the choices were just not anything that sounded appealing. Rather boring. Bread was stale, avocado on the sandwich was the thinnest slice that could have been cut. Staff seemed uninterested and distant. Not impressed.

this place is my favorite place to visit. I absolutely love their service and how fast the food comes out... Tonight was awesome because we didnt have to go pick up the food(it was delivered to mouth table by this awesome gentleman) and he was courteous. They offer the best teas as well... Love this place

Prices have increased quite a bit, but their products have also become higher quality with a focus on organic ingredients. Nice place for meeting with friends or a small group of business associates. Power outlets are located in the far end of the restaurant, making it convenient for plugging in laptops.

FOOD IS GOOD, STORE IS NOT! PLEASE CLEAN UP THIS STORE. DIRTY DISH AND TRASH CONTAINERS TOO CLOSE TO DRINK DISPENSER. SMELLS AND LOOKS BAD. MOVE THEM TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. YOU HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT WHY NOT KEEP THE STORES CLEAN! CANT UNDERSTAND CORPORATE NOT CHECKING ON THESE LOCATIONS.

The Italian sandwich was not the same as usual. Had to add tomatoes, the sauce was different (basil mayo not spicy), the lettuce was different (arugala not leaf) and the bread was different (Hoagy roll not chiabbata) so I was disappointed. The mac and cheese was good, tho.

Soup is too salty Tables and tray areas often have left over trash Bread and cookies did not seem to be fresh based on texture. Although, they did have q good taste. A bit overpriced for the quality. A 15-20% reduction in prices would be more fitting to their food.

Incredibly poor customer service. One employee was calling for someone to take my order but they were to busy flirting with some guy. After the employee called for help five times I assumed they didnt want my business. Last time I will visit Panera Bread!

Usually I have no complaints and everything is just dandy.. but I just got my food like this and Im rather disappointed. My avocado is pretty much missing and there could be more bacon.. thats what makes this sandwich expensive and its barely there.

I used to eat here all the time. Lately they have been getting sloppy. I ordered a tomato mozzarella panini and I got the smallest slices of tomato and a tiny piece of mozzarella. $8.00 for something that looked like a horrible school lunch.

Tasty and healthy food choices, short waiting time and reliable prices. Constantly changing salad varieties. The restaurant is always clean and tables are cleaned as soon as the customer left. Staff is friendly.

I love their drinks more than their food, but both are absolutely delicious! The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff has always been great. Id definitely recommend this place to anybody.

My grandma got a chicken salad sandwich got a tablespoon of chicken Salad and they didnt even bother to spread it out, I got a chicken alfredo and it had one piece of chicken in it.

Good experience there. Always high quality food and delicious baked goods. The cookies are my favorite. Id attach a picture but I ate my cookie already.
