I visited this Cicis on 3/18/17. This is my 1st and last time visiting this location. The dining room was absolutely filthy. Trash was strewn throughout the entire restaurant, floors and tables. The drink area was very dirty as well. I was only able to get 1 kind of pizza because all of the others were empty. The girls that work there appeared to be in no rush to accommodate customers because there is no excuse for having only 1 kind of pizza available. I was very disappointed with everything about my visit to this location and did not feel valued as a customer. Eat here at your own risk.

Salad bar off-limits! Ok, so this placed got remodeled and the inside looks phenomenal!..BUT!.. too many changes from the regular traditional Cicis that we are all used to. The salad bar and soups are not opened anymore. They are behind a glass counter and they limit you with only one tiny salad or soup, you cant have both. Personal custom pizzas is an extra charge now $$.. they changed their whole way of doing business. Not worth the upscale nice look. Oh and the colony location is the "pilot" experimental restaurant. Not going well so far.

Its 72 degrees outside and I felt like I walked into a freezer when I walked in. No "Welcome to Cicis" or nothing!!! Im not from around here I live in Mckinney, and I could tell the difference of customer service. The manager had his headphones in, there was no pizza ready at it was 12:30 everytime we got up for more we had to wait. Im a general manager at a restaurant and I would never let this happen! Let alone these people work here not having any respect for customers. Will never return to this location. Needs to be closed down.

I love cicis pizza!! But last time i went with my family the brownies and cinnamon rolls were not baked right. The brownies were in cake mix batter mushy form. And cinnamon rolls were undercooked. And most of all they didnt have the pizza buffet!!!!! There was 1 pizza at the time and many hungry people! Cicis please train the employees you hire and watch pver them and help the. With the food until they are good at it! Thank you!

Not a good experience. When we came in there was hardly any pizza. We had to order pizzas just so we could have something. There was a spill that was there the whole time we were there. Someone came by and put a caution sign instead of cleaning it up. It was dirty in several spots. The soda machine catch tray was over flowing into buckets on the floor. I couldnt understand why no one would drain it instead of putting buckets.

Hi welcome to FECES, I mean CICIs talk about place suited for the larger person or mexicans trying to eat on a dime. Last time I went there were no pizzas out, because Pablo had put must of the pizzas on his plates and took them back to his table where his bratty loud obnoxious kids were acting up and should be placed in zoo for observation. but then again they would probably throw their grunt and the windows for all to enjoy

I was very disappointed with the service, the cleanliness and the lack of variety on the salad bar and pizza bar. We had to ask for fresh Pizza to be put out and waited 20 mins for any dessert that never was put out. When we asked a second time about the brownies we were told that they had ran out. The tables were all dirty, the tea was soured, the salad bar had nearly nothing except lettuce. Wont get my money again.

It was not busy at all and the floor was completely filthy ALL throughout the store. The one young woman I interacted with was pleasant, and pizza was warm and fresh. Sadly, the amount of trash, food, and everything else highly overshadowed any potential pros. Also, they were playing what sounded like death metal music with lots of random screaming and swearing. Not something I wanted my kids to hear.

Service is pretty good, but no pizza options. Spinach, Alfredo and pepperoni pretty much sum it up. I like a variety. No trays. This location does not provide them. I feel sorry for the families with young kids coming here. No tomatoes in the salad bar. I may be nitpicking but a salad without tomatoes is un-American.

Dude Ive loved cicis since I was young and this is by far the nicest one Ive ever seen, however I would take the old locations over this one anyday. Nothing is HOT, very limited choices of pizzas. Maybe 5? I mean its a buffet, the ready to order pizza lack of sauce I mean cold cheesy bread just everything was awful.

The pizza was hot and fresh. All the pizza was filled. This location is one of the nicest Cicis I have been to. It was a little dirty, like the floors and tables. But thats understandable. We ordered a custom pizza and about 20 minutes later we checked on it, they decided not to make it..which was odd.

The Pros: Nice drinks, including slushes. Pretty good pizza, still. It looks pretty nice inside. Cons: Way pizza less available, maybe 5 at the most. No free special ones No unlimited salad No soup Flimsy baskets and wax paper liners What happened. Bad idea. :( Ill take my business elsewhere.

Good service from the staff, but what did the manager do to cicis? This is not cicis. I want my salad bar open, I want my plates, I want my plastic cups. I grew up eatting cicis and this is not cicis. I will not return here. I would rather drive to richardson or plano for real cicis.

Exactly what youd expect for the price. Its decent pizza, decent variety, nice salad bar, and some good deserts for a great price. Nothing fancy, gourmet, or amazing, but you will leave full & satisfied! I prefer Pizza Inns buffet in Lewisville, but this is closer to home.

First time Ive been in here in almost a year because I vowed Id never come back because of the poor service and poor customer service. Right off the bat they screwed up again on a to-go order, I brought it to their attention and they fixed it quickly and happily. Will be back

The food is good and all but the person making pizza wasnt wearing gloves at all? Also no one had hair restraints or anything. I just thought at least the person touching all the food should have gloves Im sure she was her hands first but still thats kind of basic procedure.

The pizza was warm and some where cold! Then I asked the worker to make us a pizza and she was acting like it was a problem!? We will never go back. Her excuse for the cold and warm pizza was...... They just had a major rush before we walked in!?? 200 people she said.

This was my first time coming here it was very bad the none of the pizzas that I like were out there. It wasnt any cinnamon rolls then when they came out they were dry af. It was old pizza looked like it been there all day long. I wasnt satisfied at all. Booooooooo!!!!

The new remodeled Cicis Pizza in the Coly Texas is amazing and the new upper scale look makes the atmosphere a much more enjoyable place to visist for lunch or dinner. The staff was very informative about their menu and friendly.
