At first I was impressed with the updated look, compared to the Waffle House we visited in Farmers Branch. however, the waitress, Emma, I believe that was her name, made a rude, defensive comment right from the start. my husband and I are visiting from out of town with our two kids. A 3 yr old and 7 month old. This waffle house allows smoking and i had no idea (the other one didnt). anyway I asked her, and she let me know it did, and I thanked her and told her where we were from, in which she replied, "Theres nothing I can do about it," then rolled her eyes and walked away. while in the restroom with my toddler, my husband tried getting her attention twice until we had to ask the manager for more chocolate chips for my waffle. there was Maybe 10 chips. Avoid this place! Everything was overcooked, even my grits had a thick layer of hardened grits like it had been sitting or something.

Worst staff. Food was okay but the proportions were off. Ive been coming here since I was a kid & I know what a full serving of hashbrowns looks like. I got about half of that & still paid full price. Also, my toast on my patty melt wasnt fully toasted and my pickles were missing. Im sure the cook & waitress were well aware that the plate did not look right but she left it on my table anyway. When we asked for anything she would gesture us to wait a minute bc she was "busy" with the spoons & forks. They all just seemed bothered to serve us like if it was their job! *sarcasm* Management is horrible to, obviously. WH use to be the spot in the 90s but unfortunately it isnt what it use to be anymore.

The food was good by the service was lacking. I ordered the All-star breakfast and got mine before my husband did, minus the waffle. My husband had to remind the waitress to bring his food to him. When he did get it, it was only part of his order. We ended up cancelling part of my husbands order because it never got fixed. I had to constantly get the waitresses attention for things we needed like coffee refills, butter, cream for the coffee, etc. The manager was constantly telling staff to attend to the customers, double check orders, etc and doing a wonderful job. Im not sure if the waitress was new or just didnt care.

worst service ever !!! first time coming to this waffle house to start , when we first entered the guy in charge first words were Damn , after seeing we had alot of people with us.. no attempt whatsoever to have us seated we did that ourselves. after 20 minutes of no service i had to get up and ask them to take our order.. no attention from our waitress at all unless we got up and asked. tables were left dirty for about a half hour all around. and many more reasons to never visit this location

First time I have ever felt uncomfortable in a Waffle House. One staff member was berating another (less experienced) staff member. They started to raise their voices at each other, but thankfully things didnt progress much further while I was there. I looked around and didnt see a manager in sight and felt several other tables were uncomfortable by the interaction as well. I gave a 2 star rating because the food was still pretty good. That said, no plans to visit again.

Ugh. First off the waiter had b.o. Im talking about bad body odor like he hadnt had a bath. My bf and I waited about 10 mins before he even came over. The guy walked off in the middle of taking our order. Just weird. My bf got her food and was done before mine finished trickling out. To top everything off, neither of us really enjoyed our food. Everything was sticky. Just an all around bad time. Ugh, dont eat here. Hopefully I wont be sick tomorrow.

Walked in empty location none of the tables were clean. My order has rarely been correct. Had an openly fraudulent charge that Wells Fargo got returned for me. Impossible to screw up cooking such simple menu items with the exception of not giving all items ordered. I only when paying cash and nothing else open in middle of the night.depending on when you go is how well your served. When no one is there no one cares

The food wasnt too bad. The customer service was very lacking. I sat down and said "good morning" to the server and got a low grunt of a good morning. While I was able to get my food in about 10 to 15 minutes, which is very good. Another customer had been there even longer than I was, never received his food because no one came to check on him. There was only 4 customers and about 5 employees.

Could not give this place a zero one star will have to do walked in to eat no customer service the floor looks like it hasnt been mopped and swept in a month sit down in the booth look under the counter with the cook was there was mold and food its been laying there for at least a month and nobody was cleaning anything if you dont believe me go eat there would not recommend

Worst Waffle House I have been to, EVER. NOT WORTHY OF A 1 STAR. Dirty silver ware, bacon came out first then 10 minutes later burnt eggs and cold hash browns, and after reminding them about my waffle it finally came out about 10 minutes later. Place was dirty and most of the tables were dirty. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THE PLACE WAS EMPTY.

Service was good... kind of. Ommlette came out brown, it was burnt. How can you serve that? Sent back, and was a little better. Friends meal came out after I was finished eating. The cook was all by herself and was obviously new. Where was the manager? Oh he showed up at the last minute. Worst waffle house ever

Best waffle house all around. Excellent service and great food. Been coming here for 20 years. Yes its old and outdated(needs updating bad!), but Ive been to at least ten other waffle houses and this location has always been the best experience. If you go on weekends, go early because it gets crowded quick.

Wow. 20 minutes in and still have not even gotten silverware. Terrible service from the staff. As I asked why it took so long to even be acknowledged... I was was told from the waiter that I just sat down after the few times we made eye contact lol. Save the trip, go to ihop.

Been calling for two hours to place a order and they continue to forward the calls we have little league kids wanting to eat IHOP and they dont want to anwser.cant make money like that running a food business hope the m numbers are good enough to be doing that for that store

Let me tell you about this Waffle House! We waited, and waited for 20min just so the waiter could tell us know that he had no pork.chops. We were the only table and he left us waiting. Why! I dont know! But i wont be going back for a while
