We are visitors to Dallas from UK , staying at Hyatt Residency hotel DFW airport. This Indian restaurant, Curry Hut is the nearest Indian restaurant to it and travel by Uber is under 20 dollars. The food at this restaurant is fantastic and freshly made. It was worth every penny travelling from our hotel. The hotel food is bland and 4 times the price. The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend this restaurant to all and we will definitely be eating there again before we go back home.

1 star- Do not stop for "To Go" unless you call ahead. Stoped in to grab lunch and get back to work and they told me it would be 15-20 minutes. Thats a little too long for lunch. Im sure the food will be great and Im sure if I had called ahead I wouldnt be writing this. I saw it driving down the road and thought Id take a chance on a new spot. I will add to this review later after trying the food. After eating Im very impressed with the quality! Raising the rating to a four star. Still, call in dont want in for take out.

My first impression was poor. I placed a to-go order, and was told it would be 15 minutes. I then waited over 50 minutes before anything was ready. I was told that there had just been a catering order earlier and that the kitchen was behind and also out of some things, including what I ordered. HOWEVER. The staff was very kind and sympathetic to my situation, gave me a free drink while I waited and substituted out the missing items for no extra charge. And the food was very good as well! Ill be coming back.

Fantastic food, great service. The chefs special (one of the curries, I am horrible remembering the names) was AMAZING and there was enough for me to bring some home. I highly recommend the hummus appetizer as well. My only complaint was the "no guns" sign in the door. Its not legal Texas signage so I dont know if they only mean open-carry or if they also dont want business from concealed carriers as well. I hope they fix it soon. I want to be a regular customer.

The food was just ok. The biryani was really good... but they did not have raita. The pizza is not good... i ordered it thinking it would be some cool spin on Indian food meets pizza. The pizza was very reminiscent of chuck e cheese... this should really come off the menu or be executed much differently. The wait staff was nice... but they did lose attentiveness as customers came in. I will probably give them another visit again to try the buffet.

Fantastic place for Indian food. Mostly south indian/Hyderabad food.You will receive great hospitality. We had chilli chicken, Chicken 65. Best taste of chilli chicken i ever had. We also tried different smoothies which are really amazing. We also had Butter chicken,Chicken Dhaba and Naan which are extra ordinary in taste. At last we had Kheer which is amazing.Im very happy with their food and service, will visit again and again.

Friendly staff. Hummus is served warm. Took me a bit to get used to that, but it is fantastic. Favorite dish is the chicken tikka masala. The samosa is not the best Ive had but not the worse either. Always do take out. Have never dined in, so Im not sure as to the quality of service. In short, the food is good and the prices are reasonable with good portion sizes. My only complaint is they are closed on Tuesdays.

Im not sure why there arent more customers here. Fantastic service, granted I was the only person in the place at 12pm on a Monday. I dont know much about Indian food, so the waitress gave me a suggestion and it was delicious! I also have a low spice level and they accommodated that beautifully. I hope they get busier so they can remain open!

website said they close at 1130 on Friday night 12-3-16 we called to place an order for pickup at 10:15 and were told the kitchen was closed. Apparently I clicked the wrong restaurant when I wrote this review! It was Giovannis! Which is now closed down. I apologize for this and will make sure I give the curry hut a chance.

Dinner served extremly late! Wait is long, and kids were getting hungry. Rotis were like ordering papad, and the chillis were supposed to be a side and they gave it after we were done EATING! Most things we wanted that were on the menu were running out(papad, pakora,etc)! Very bad service..Would not recommend.

Amazing food and great service. Had chili chicken and chicken 65, the taste was fantastic. Their butter chicken is simply superb. They have different varieties of smoothies. Best Kheer (rice pudding) i have ever had. Im impressed with their food and service, will visit again and again.

This place has the best hummas Ive ever had! Their garlic naan, spring rolls and onion naan are a must! There food was so good that I had to come back and try their falafel pita sandwich and Chicken tandoori kabob. They are slightly understaffed, but very sweet men.

We were the only 2 people in the place. I ordered lamb korma and got chicken. When I told them, I was told the chef didnt feel like cooking the lamb and insisted that I stay untill they cook it. We were not impressed at all.

I ordered the chicken tikka Marsala with butter naan the flavor was delightful and it was a nice portion. The quality was superb. You can tell they use authentic and fresh ingredients I will definitely be back.

Service was slow, not too friendly. I was really disappointed that there was not a lunch buffet. Its on the menu but not in service. Got the chicken briyani, it was pretty good. Not sure if I will go back.
