Went here for the first time with the hubby after reading the great reviews. I Was missing Nepalese food immensely being Nepalese myself. However, I was extremely disappointed. We ordered for appetisers: chicken chilli . This was okay and not the best Ive had but we also asked for hot, we got mild-medium instead and our Kashmiri naan was super dry.. Mains: steamed chicken momo and jhol chicken momo. The achar needs an upgrade and was quite bland. For some reason, the Jhol momo was cold and again bland. Kathmandu goat curry with bones did not seem fresh at all, a bit bland and the plain rice was normal. On a positive note, great mango lassi and very friendly customer service. Sadly, I will not be returning again because of the food overall which seems to me altered to suit western tastes, rather bland (what we ordered off the menu) and not authentic.

Today Sep 4TH, I Ordered chicken Briyani, the price $8.99 n guess what I got c the picture n tell me the quantity u get for paying a lunch menu not something on special ordered compare to different restaurant. . Even the owner said, it does not worry them, if they loose a certain number of customers (mostly Nepalese), as they are booked for the event for couple of months and the buffet is doing well. Sometimes it is very frustrating to handle everyone. So their main focusedcustomers are the buffet one the customers for the restaurant, not Nepalese people who organize events at that place. Well with my experience on getting to go lunch did not get satisfied. Thats it. ..no more getting anything from this place now on ...

We went here on a whim and were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and super attentive. Our waitress was extremely honest about what we might find palatable on the menu and what would be a bit more, "exotic" lets say. I am an adventurous eater but I really did appreciate the input. We opted for the chicken momo, goat sekuwa, Chicken chilly and chicken curry and it was amazing. The chicken was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. Not a bad piece of meat in the little bowl. momo was incredible, i really loved it. each one jam packed with flavor. Id encourage you to go.

We tried the Lunch buffet. They had very limited options on the buffet menu ( 5-6 inc veg / non-veg) the food taste is exceptionally GOOD but the service seems very shaky and mis- managed ( For example - we were served 1 paper napkin for each person, every time we have to ask..which is kind of annoying..the naan took longer than it usually takes, our food got cold. Restroom was out of order..etc) I feel If the service is improved this place def. Have 4.5 rating potential. I would like to revisit and check this place again.

It was very clean and organized. The food was delicious. For our son, we asked the food to be not spicy and it was perfect. Chowmein was good. Not too oily however you dont get typical nepalese noodles. Also there was only veg or chicken option on chowmein and momo. Momo was good but the chutney was a bit plain and didnt have that twakka flavor. The owner was very nice and friendly. Overall it was a good experience. We will try more in the future.

I agree with one comment above, about stale food ! I had same experience with samosa. I ordered a samosa plate which had 2 samosas and chutney. I ate one of them and felt something not right. I did not eat the second one. I had an upset stomach that day and felt dizzy for couple of hours. At least with a new restaurant you would hope they wouldnt serve stale food to save couple of bucks ! :-(

So I order palak paneer, onion naan and paneer naan . Cost just little more Then $15. So I can say price is alright as per quantity they serve . Here is the real problem, palak paneer smell and taste like fish so as vegetarian I am not able to eat it . Naan rock hard and dry. Would not recommended this restaurant to any vegetarian.

Went for the $9.99 lunch buffet. It was just okay. Food was pretty bland. Tablemates ordered off the menu and their meals were much much better. Definitely recommend the menu. Service was below average. Staff was very quiet and pasive, bordering on uniterested...but that may be a cultural issue. All in all, I would go back.

Nice selection on their lunch buffet, which is available every day of the week. Nice servers. Only criticism, and this is from a previous visit, is that their event hall is separated from the dining room by nothing but a thin curtain. On that visit, the "event" included rather loud music, and there was no escaping it.

The food is outstanding! Ive tasted everything on the buffet every time Ive been there, and its all good. The only reason i havent given 5 stars is that there isnt a large selection on the buffet. I would give 4.5 stars if i could. I havent ordered off the menu yet. Im looking forward to doing so.

Authentic is the key word about this place. Most Nepalese food in Nepalese/Indian restaurants incline towards the latter cuisine but not this one. The food tastes and feels HOME. The cleanliness and presentation is spot on. You should definitely try Palak Paneer and Chicken Tandoori.

Very chaotic environment- kids from the banquet were running and shouting all night long over dining area. Food was not good at all, doesnt worth $$$ and they do not even match what it is shown as in the picture in menu. Only good part was, servers were polite.

We had a very nice dinner at the new restaurant tonight. The "Butter Paneer" was our favorite. Also, the other dishes were delicious, Saag Paneer, a Vegetable Paneer, and some lamb with spinach. We also enjoyed various Naans. We will go back for sure.

Friendly staff and good food. Item I liked the best , Chicken dumplings. Some of the hot foods could have used a little bit more heat. Daal was nice and hot. Hot naan was brought to the table, excellent. Will be back.

Ive been here twice and the food has been great both times. If you want your food to be spicy, make sure you ask for Indian spicy, because they know to compensate the spice levels for us sensitive white folk

Delicious food with a rotating lunch buffet menu, friendly service... I could eat the palak paneer forever, and the curry chicken almost melts in your mouth. Their gulab jamun can make any lunch a good lunch!

Momo needs to be upgraded, especially the achar, was disappointed. Otherwise, its hard to come back and eat in your restaurant again. And also sekuwa needs additional ingredient except the chiura.
