We have been to Spicy Cuisine 4-5 times. Last Friday, we were there for lunch buffet. Every time we went there, I must say we never walked out disappointed. Couple of times we ordered carryout food for about 25 people at my friends party. Everyone loved Chicken Kadhai, and Chicken Tikka. From its buffet last Friday we tried each and every item which we all loved it. Nihari which we tried was excellent in taste which I strongly recommend to any Nihari lovers, very tender meat and very well cooked to soothe your taste. Mr Arshad the owner is very experienced cook in understanding customers taste and very accommodating to customers needs. Visit this place once, very likely you may want to go again and again.Location of Spicy Cuisine is less than 10 min. from DFW airport, so if you have a long layover at DFW airport, I highly recommend this place for your quick lunch or dinner. Great location which is less than 2 min. from Hwy 183 and Valley View in Irving TX.Mr Arshad caters to all kinds of functions to suit all kinds of tastes.By the way after heavy lunch or dinner at this place dont forget to try Mr Arshad prepared very rich Desi Khir as a dessert, you will love its excellent taste to calm down your system.

Tried the lunch buffet and it looked appealing in the beginning; however, the food was stale, dowsed in oil to make it look good, and it seemed like the food had been used and "re-used" multiple times. The owner cum server that day had his regular pompous attitude. Someone tell him to smile, please! Lots of other good options around Irving. Visit only if you have a dire craving for Indian/ Pakistani food. You will be disappointed though.

Food was good but Ive never seen any server like that girls. She has some attitude. She doesnt even ask is that everything ok or not neither Do ya need anything else or not even ask for water. Their service pissed me off They are losing customer because of her. I wouldnt recommend to go their it will really make u mad

Take out visit. Only ordered chicken. Tasty for ok price. I waited at a table. The place was empty since i was early. The tables were dirty where the leaf meets the table. Really people: Drop the leaf and CLEAN! Makes me wonder what else isnt cleaned. I checked other tables. Same food dirt. Ew.

The restaurant changed owners 2 weeks ago and is now called Mahrani Restaurant. Its my first time going there and the food was delicious. Very spicy and flavorful. They still serve the same food as before and use the same menu. I would not recommend the biriyani, but everything else was great

Filthy, dirty place. Not fit for any food service business. They did not even have clean plats and silver. it was greasy with dirty food sticking with it. Health hazard. Must complain to city inspector. I can imagine what could be at the kitchen !! Do not deserve even one star.

A simple neighborhood Indian restaurant - the food is very tasty, the staff is friendly, its inexpensive. Ive had good meals every time Ive gone (both the lunch buffet and dinner). It does not have as much variety as some Indian restaurants, but I enjoy what they have.

Pros: Service is great, prices are reasonable, food is very spicy for people who enjoy that. Cons: Place gives the impression that it is unclean, We had flies around the food and us which was very annoying, the restaurant was hot and uncomfortable.

Very good food. Chicken Tikka - Excellent. Veg masala - excellent, chilly chickenhearted excellent. Rice pilau very moist and seasoned perfectly. Definitely will go back. Restaurant was very clean and well laid out. Prices are good.

I would give this less than negative five stars. The service providers are snobs, and they serve stale food! I would not recommend anyone. The price is unreasonably high, it is a disgrace to all Indians! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I dont know about others but we had a great experience. The owner always checked with us if everything was fine. The food tastes fresh and delicious. Even the cook asked if we liked the food. Highly recommended.

Relatively cheap buffet with a great and rotating selection. Menu items are cooked to order so can take just a little more time but service and food quality are top notch. Oh , they also have nihari. Score.

This has to be one of the worst restaurants I have been to in DFW, if not the worst. The place was filthy, the food was not great by any means, and the service was unorganized. Definitely will not go back.
