I have just returned home from Pizza Hut #008747. Let me first say my server Danielle was great! My fiancee and I were there to eat from the buffet. We arrived at 6:30 pm. The buffet had several pizzas when we arrived none of them were fresh. While we were in the restaurant including us there were 16 people in the dining room. A couple came in and ordered 3 pizza mia and an order of sticks for carry out. I heard 2 orders come in on the phone. This is as busy as I was aware of there could have been more going on that I was unaware of. In the 35 minutes we were at the restaurant no fresh food except 1 desert pizza was added to the buffet and the restaurant was dirty. After observing an unattended child taking food from the buffet touching it with their hands even dropped it on the floor and returning it to the buffet pans and no staff member doing anything about it we gave up paid our bill and left. We will not be back Pizza Hut! There are too many options out there and our money is too tight for such an experience.

I was there last night. I have ordered medium premium veggie garden pizza. The woman who take my order was weird, she didnt understand the order even if I pointed out in the menu, she stood out for 20 seconds by looking at the menu. The reason for 1 star is that "Hair" came out from the pizza. That would happen, Im not that cruel but when I told it to the server, he said he will talk to manager and after 10 mins, nobody even offer to change my pizza, nobody even came to my table. I couldnt eat the rest. Also when I go to the cashier, same server took my payment and he just said that he was sorry about the "hair thing". Actually I was expecting not to pay anything because I just ate 2 pieces of that filthy pizza. Im so done with Pizza Hut, I suggest everyone to stay away from these guys.

Pizza Hut in my mind has always been Americas Favorite Pizza. Well not always. They were all thru my childhood and are again now but about 5 years ago when they had the $5 Pizza Mias they were horrible. Not sure why a chain would put out such a crummy pizza even if it was cheap. Anyhow, now theyre back on top in my mind. This location in particular has a great staff and excellent service. The building is definitely old and you can tell when you go in but it is still very clean. The waitresses are responsive and friendly. The phone order takers are good. The manager is nice and helpful and their drivers are good. Thanks Pizza Hut or Oracle Road!

Horrible customer service there! No one around and the waiter didnt wait on us so we seated ourselves and about 20 mins later she finally came and took our orders. . . Worst of all the manager came out about 15 mins after we got our food and told us to quiet down or we had to leave, we have our two girls (5 and 3) and of course they will make noise but only mildly and yet there was absolutely NO ONE in the restaurant! Are you kidding me??? NEVER going here again or even considering any other locations is this is going to happen at any of them. . .

I called tho order a thin crust pizza ave wings.....should be easy enough. After waiting for what seemed like forever, I placed my order. Then I realized Im ordering wings I need a ranch or something. Why world that just not come with wings? Any who....so they were trying to charge me for the ranch, no big deal, but I was still on hold, waiting for an extra .75cents. So I canceled my whole order just was to much hassle. Who comes knocking on my door an hour later? Pizza hut......still no ranch......lol

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. One was ok the other had a substance that looked like cheese but was not cheese. It looked lije rubber and would not melt in the microwave!! It was digusting I threw that pie out. I had eaten half the other one, that one gave me the runs, I was sick to my stomach. Nirlt exactly the pizza hut experience I have come to trust over the last 30 years. Worst pizza hut in existence today ever anywhere on planrt Earth right here. Enjoy!!

Worst customer service experience. Our waiter completely ignored us. If I wanted refills I had to get them myself. I watched him go to other tables and checking on them. My friends pizza was done ten minutes before mine. I had a personal pan pizza. Also we waited for menus. We were told sit ourselves and then everyone who came in after got service before us. This pizza hut must be going downhill. We will not be dining service again.

Pizza hut is an awesome place. I loved it alot and for my birthday when i was little, I went to it. I think that the pizza is awesome and my favorite pizza is...All of them. I like that they check up on you sometimes. My favorite thing about it is pizza. When i go to Pizza Hut, I like to go with my friend Kyleigh. It is always fun waiting for pizza and when our pizza is here, I love da taste. (Sorry about my typing :P)

It was freezing inside. The waitress kept forgetting our food, drinks, and silverware. I ordered soup to try to warm up, she brought the bowl with no spoon. When asked for one, the answer given is that they dont give out spoons. I eventually received it...but if you order soup, you should not have to ask for a spoon. Same with the drinks. If you order a drink, you should not have to ask for it a few times.

As good as it gets. Im a security guard and cant leave my post they delivered it right to me even with out a physical location. They said 40 minutes for the delivery time they got it me in under 30 it was still and tasted fresh. If Im on this post again I will be ordering from here for pizza from now on

I been coming to this for years. I enjoy it every time. A lot of locals in the area keep this location open, the service and people are great. This is a meet spot for my family. They have great specials all the time. Check out their online specials before you call or eat at the restaurant.

This is the 3rd time I visited this location for buffet All cases food was not fresh They never checked on the food We asked if fresh pizzas would be put up They did not respond Will never go back I figured it was bad when there was only 3 people and one ordered there own

Not pleased whatsoever with online ordering. I was charged twice the amount all because I left a tip for the driver. So, instead of a 20 dollar pizza, it was 43. Not to mention it took more than three days to reverse charges. Lesson? Pay driver in cash!

You cannot put a price on superior customer service. This particular location is managed by not only an amazingly brilliant lady, but the environment is so friendly and pleasant to be in. Everytime I need pizza hut this is the one I goto ;-)
