So...this is the first review Ive ever done for a restaurant. Ive lived in Breck long enough to hear many terrible stories about Northside. Fortunately, that never happened to me until yesterday. It happens to my one friend literally every time he goes there. You place an order for pick up...they say it will be a 1/2 hr. You show up. They say "its in the oven and will be out in like 3 minutes". Well, MAYBE after 30 minutes of sitting there and not hearing another word from the person behind the bar...you get your food. Usually theyve screwed something up....sometimes the size of the pie and if you order wings 50% of the time arent the right flavor. If its busy...this wait time can be even longer. They obviously forgot about it and had to put the order in after I arrived to pick it up. This happens to my friends all the time... Its a pizza shop.....I get it. You can take shots, drink beer, and smoke and no one cares...but if you cant maintain a functional business, maybe something needs to change in the back. The food is good, but Ill never go back after this. I know at least 10 people that feel the same way. Sorry to put you down Northside but figure it out and then maybe locals that arent your friends and dont get VIP service will come back. I normally give places 2nd chances because we all have our off nights, but this happens entirely too frequently. Any other pizza shop in town can at least get you your food on time....Ill go there from now on.

I placed an order for a delivery and they said it would take 1.5 hour since it was a busy night for them. I was kind of surprise since it was not a peak season in Breck. But, I said it was fine since it was still early in the night. I waited for almost two hours and they never delivered. So I called to check on it, the guy that answered put me on hold right away. When I asked about my order, he said the deliver guy just left and on his way and not once apologizing for how late my order was instead he told me to be more patience. I waited almost another 20 minutes for the delivery guy and the place is only 5 minutes drive from my hotel. So I called back and he said the place is now closed. At this point I just wanted my pizzas since all the places have been close and I have not eaten dinner. I told the guy I just want the pizzas. He said he the delivery guy should be there in a moment and hung up on me. Luckily the delivery guy did show up. He apologized and said my order would be comp. When I got the pizzas, it was cold and not tasty at all. But I was less upset since the order will be comp. However, I checked my credit card statement two days later, and I was charged for the order. I called them back but no help what so ever! This place has mediocre pizzas and horrible service that left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Wow, the pizza is ok at best. We have had it delivered twice hoping the first time was a fluke, simply because it was highly recommended from some friends. They say 90 minutes to have it delivered but what they mean is two plus hours to get it to you. They dont care either. "Sorry dude" is the attitude. "We are slammed". Which tells me "we dont care, what are you gonna do about it youre in Breck Bro" No discount, no phone call to let you know it is going to be 2 hours. Why lie to your customers, bad form. Tell them its 2 hours. I waited in my car for over 40 minutes for the delivery guy to show up. At least make some pizza that is out of this world so lying to your customers about how long it is going to take to get said pizza would be worth it. Good thing this place is in a small town that forces people to go there because in the real world you would be out of business.

WOW...This pizza is fantastic! If visiting from out of town, Ill save you the trouble of deciding, and tell you to skip the ordinary cheese/pepperoni varieties...weve got that covered pretty well back here in NY. Instead, go for any of their ranch-based specialties, which blends perfectly with the included mozzarella cheese to form gooey awesomeness like what youll find at Artichoke Pizza back in NYC. My buddy and I ordered a 16" (extra large) pie, getting half Eagles Nest, and half Sizzler. Not only was it a pretty reasonable $20, but we ended up with three slices leftover, despite both of us bringing in our A-game appetites. The guys handling the calls are friendly and patient and were happy to answer my questions. Highly recommended!

I am a Breck local and big pizza fan. Although I am not sold on their "no table service" approach, it would help to have that policy posted somewhere. It is not welcoming to see "servers" walking past you over and over without so much as a glance your way. Maybe even more worrisome, when our server delivered our wings (baked, spicy thai and delicious), he pointed ans said "utensils are over there". When I asked for a glass of water, he replied "serve yourself, over there". Great pizza/wings and cheap beer keeps the place jumping, but be prepared, its not for everyone.

What a joke. Places like this do not care if they loose business or not. Save your time and eat at subway. Was told they didnt have wings...come in to pick up my food, and oh thiers people eating wings thats great. Told me 45 min for pickup, arrived 40 min later to be told "Oh we quoted you over an hour" Ok so your calling me a liar? I come back 20 minutes later to find out my food isnt even in the oven, sick man awesome job. Im watching the girl at the bar put callers on hold and then never picking the phone back up, awesome. Why even own a business? Give up already

Will never know how good the pizza is here unfortunately due to a rude girl who takes orders on the telephone. She had a difficult time hearing me, but it sounded really loud in the background. She seemed frustrated on the phone, but wanted to blame the customer for her frustration. The restaurant needs an area that either is quiet enough to take orders or a better telephone to take orders. Either that, or get someone who doesnt immediately have a bad attitude when answering the phone. Perhaps this is a "local only" dive.

We ordered a bunch of pizzas. I wanted one with anchovies, and my girlfriend wanted just cheese. Instead of doing a half and half (because anchovies are so potent) we did two small pizzas so there was no anchovy taste in her cheese pizza. Well they put both small pizzas in the same box, so all the anchovies grease and smell made hers inedible. I tried calling back immediately and they didnt answer. Tried calling for the next hour and they just never answered. Terrible experience.
