When you visit from the UK you are told that the USA has customer service down to a tee. Well nobody told this place! Firstly you wait for 10 minutes at an unmanned reception desk to be served to then be told when someone eventually arrives that the takeaway pizza window is around the corner. You walk round there and guess what this is unmanned also. You wait a further 10 minutes and when someone eventually arrives they tell you its a 45 minute wait for a pizza. Well we left after being told this, after wasting 20 minutes waiting, as did the 8 people behind us. 45 minutes to make a pizza! When speaking to the manager she states they are understaffed - well that is an understatement. Understaffed, underperforming and useless! I think that UK customer service wins hand down any day as does any other establishment I have eaten in over the last 50 years around the world against this USA establishment. Dont expect a quick or good service when eating here! Oh and dont phone in as the phone rung constantly when I was waiting and nobody even attempted to answer the phone to take the call.

Walked in and immediately greeted by a hostess. She seemed nice but not friendly. Odd right? Service seemed to be slow & possibly understaffed but the food was pretty awesome. I ordered the Yard Sale individual pizza. Perfect balance of meat and veggies. Loved it. Boyfriend ordered Wings Up, I believe, and he loved his too. If you came in from a day of skiing/snowboarding and you are hungry you may want to get more than a 8inch. Possibly a 12 and split with someone. 8inch wasnt enough for me or my boyfriend. But other than that it was reasonably priced and great food. I would recommend to friends & family!

Pizzas here are good - but you need to get the one you order! We are sensitive to seafood and other things, so we usually order a special -- got home to find Id got a different one to what Id ordered. They didnt phone (they definitely had my number) - when I called up all they said was if I wanted my original it was there to pick up .... like Id drive another 20 minutes again, it was snowing, after wed already opened a bottle of wine. Ill definitely not be putting a tip in the jar when/if I go back there. Pizza quality (assuming you get the one you order) still doesnt make up got bad service!

Ordered for delivery, took two hours - and 45 minutes after the lady said the deliveryman just left. When they deliveryman finally showed, he ran off with my money without even offering change - $7 he most certainly didnt deserve. Pizza was undercooked, undersized, and underwhelming - altogether just not good. First and last experience with this place, I recommend all visitors to avoid them and select one of the much better options in town.

Pizza is usually pretty good but management is atrocious. Was told pizza would arrive in 30 min. after 45 min we were told pizza would be here in 15 min. after another hr we were told the restaurant was closed and the employee hung up the phone. excuses were endless. I only blame the management. If you cannot staff your business properly then at least dont lie to me, the customer. Pizza arrived 3 hrs after originally promised time......

Ordered one pizza over 2 hours ago. Was told the pizza would be here in an hour. Called 30 minutes ago (i.e., a half-hour after the pizza should have been here) and was told they were "backed up" and would be here right away. The employee who answered the phone was unapologetic. The pizza has been fine when Ive gone in in the past. However, this is unacceptable. Its now 9:30 PM and were waiting for a dinner we ordered over two hours ago.

Overall the food was fantastic. I took one star because it took quite a bit of time before we were even given menus and drinks. We also had to wait at the from for a good while before anyone helped us to a table. I took a second star because when we ordered, we were told they couldnt even make most of the food so we had to re-select our choices. Still in the end the food was great.

Im gonna start out by saying dont go here or have it delivered to your house. This pizza tastes worst than the microwave pizza I had in Iraq fighting terroists. Also reminds me of the times in New York City living homeless, I would be sharing pizza out of dumpsters with rats bigger than your dogs. Note to Xtreme Pizza- your pizza tastes like butthole.

Tried to get pizza at 4 and were turned away because there were no clean plates. The next night, we tried to order a pizza to go, online ordering was unavailable and no one answered the phone during business hours. If a business wants profit, they need to be able to serve the customers first!

We stopped in for lunch salads and some twisty breadsticks and both were very tasty and came quickly. If the dough on the breadsticks are indicative of the pizza crust, it should be quite good. The bathroom needs an overhaul and more frequent cleaning, thus Im not giving 5 stars.

Way too expensive for something that tastes like school cafeteria pizza. Had it delivered and the driver was not happy with a $2 delivery charge and a $5 tip. Had to give him another 3 bucks to get off my front porch.

Really good pizza. The Boarder BBQ pizza is great. The crust was not too thick and not too thin, just right. Large was more than enough for two people with leftovers. Outdoor seating for the warm, sunny days.

Waited 30 min inside the restaurant in addition to the 40 min allotted for pick up time without any indication that it was going to take additional time. Terrible service, Average food, EXTREMly overpriced

My wife described the gluten free pizza perfectly...it tasted like a reheated 5 day old gas station pizza. Definitely the worst gluten free pizza Ive had since being diagnosed with Celiac 9 years ago.

The best pizza I have ever had!! Many specialties, great prices, huge pizzas! The gluten free in our group said the gluten free crust was the best shes ever had! Tastes like normal crust! 10/10

Spend some time with your friends. Be patient and relax, youre in Breckenridge and having pizza. This isnt a chain restaurant and if youre in a rush, best to pick some place else. Good food.
