THIS IS A COMPLAINT!!!!! On July 16,2017 at 7:57 my son placed an order through the drive thru he told them while he was on the phone with me that he wanted buttermilk dress with the order. So once he paid for his food and drove off he looked in the bag and there wasnt any buttermilk sauce so he parked in the front and went to the door but it was locked so he knocked on the door and politely told the person Franco (or whomever the manager was that night) they forgot his sauce . so he told him to go through the drive thru and my son said all i need is some buttermilk dress that you forgot to put in the bag, and the guy said go back through the drive thru. I am pissed off because it was their fault why we didnt have any buttermilk sauce in the bag , so he had to go back and sit in the drive thru for some buttermilk sauce while my food was getting cold. I feel like he couldve just opened the door and gave him some freaking buttermilk sauce because they forgot it. So I called once my son got home and spoke to the manager name : Franco or whatever manager was on duty and explained the situation he said that was him telling telling my son to go back through the drive thru and that was our problem . so i told him i was contacting the corporate office and hung up. Manager is very rude . I have heard that this jack in box in lancaster texas on pleasant run this is a rude place ever. I will never go back. I will also put this on social media. plus i see they have bad reviews. I dont care what time the lobby closed that was wrong. THis isnt the only issue I have had since he has been working there. THis time I have had enough.

I eat here and often for the past 7yrs.. This morning I had the worst customer service experience ever or should I say lack there of.. I will not spend my money at this establishment ever again! But for others, do what makes your heart smile The lady working the drive through window on 3/29/17 @0655, I knw your name but thts irrelevant. You need to do a better job multitasking, youre not so sharp and when that bell goes off and those orders start to come in, seems you get forgetful.. just slow down and check yourself that way ppl like me dont have to check you.. Also learn to be humble.. we all make mistakes and if you own it ppl like me are also so forgiving but after the customer is inconvenienced and then given attitude for the mistake that the employee caused in the first place makes me questions morals and values of others. No one is considerate these days. Even ppl in the wrong feel a sense of self entitlement smdh!! Ugh! The manager should educate staff on what true customer service and excellence is all about.. I am currently sitting in line at the drive-thru. I arrived at 11:59. It has been 16 minutes and I was just FINALLY acknowledged and asked what I would like to order. There was one car ordering before me and no one waiting ahead of them so I know the drive-thru employee is not overloaded. He just seems to be very VERYYYY slow..this is the longest I have EVER waited in line for an egg roll.. UPDATE: I was going to look at the employees name tag who was working in the window, but when I pulled up, I completely forgot how irritated I was. LOL! He is so handsome (: and I think he was checking me out too. Ha So my one star review is now 2 stars, just for the cutie in the window.

Hubby and I finally get a night out and we wanted to end it with our favorite treat from Jack-in-the-Box....an Oreo shake. Get to the drive thru and we are told that the machine has already been cleaned and down for the night...at 10:30pm! Then we are stuck in line because there is no other way out without having to sit and wait for the people in front of you to get their orders. Needless to say, we will not be back to this particular location.

Ive always gone to this jack but since that manager Rosie started working they always seem to get my order wrong and it may just be coincidental but its always when shes in charge and then when I tell them they messed up my order she passes the blame to someone else. As a manger you need to take responsibility for your employees.

The girl with red dyed hair doesnt know how to take orders. And she messed up the order after that! The manager forgot HER key at home and that is the only way to do a refund and somehow that is my problem. This place needs to be shut down. Or the night staff needs to be replaced.

Why ever time I go to this location after 11:00 there system is all ways down. This be every night I try to get food late. Then when you drive to the front the employees just be sitting down and be on there phones. This location make the rest of jack and the box looks really bad.

Order 4 items inside they didnt get it right before order was totalled. Then the same person calls out the number and again the Same question and order not right. 2 bcn ranch tacos and 2 regular tacos, how hard is that. ....

I had the chicken teriyaki bowl, and I honestly think it got me sick! The rice felt and tasted it old and chewy! I think they tried to save money by just keeping the food refrigerated, but it just made a lot worse.

Carlos treated me like I was dirty. He was very rude. When I told him that my order was wrong, he reacted as if i was wrong. I asked for ketchup and he threw it in my hand like my hands had crap on them.
