Its chain pizza. My expectations arent high. I want my pizza reasonably warm when I get it, and I want my order correct. I also want management to not lie to me about where my pizza is ("Were about to send it out" -> pizza arrives 30 seconds later - tells me that you are FULL OF CRAP when you pretended to look my order up) or that Ill recieve a refund for an item that I didnt recieve WITHOUT having to bring in my bank statement to prove it. (The pizza I ordered was also not particularly warm, but at that point, Id been waiting over an hour PAST my original projected order time.) I called as soon as I got inside to talk to the manager- its not the drivers fault that the order was put in the computer wrong. Manager promised me a refund for the portion of my order that was incorrect and that Id sent back with the driver. Refund didnt show up the next day, I waited through the end of the billing period to check (and Iev still got the reciept from the order)- no dice. When I called to find out if I had been given store credit instead, the manager said shed have to see my banks tatement before she could give me the refund or store credit. Id quit ordering from this Pizza hut for over a year because of consistantly lousy service. It definiately hasnt improved.

In all the years Ive been ordering pizza from Pizza Hut I can not recall ever getting a bad pizza, until today ! We ordered 1 lg, hand tossed with pepperoni, mushroooms and bacon at 8pm on Saturday. The pizza was in my hands in 40min. Whats the problem, you ask ? Upon opening the box I found a circular object somewhat resembing a pizza. Im going to guess that they were running low on toppings because there was very little cheese, a few pepperonis, maybe a piece of mushroom on each slice and no sign of any bacon. Hold tight folks, Im not done yet ! As I stood there in disgust trying to figure out what we did to anger the pizza gods, my girlfriend was looking over the receipt for the phone number so that I could call and complain ever so nicely. The next words I heard out of her mouth were very loud and colorful. (Did I mention colorful?) There before my eyes on the receipt was a delivery charge of $2.50 and just beneath that was this little phrase "Driver Gratuity Not Included". Poor service or good service I always tip the driver and I tip well. Come on Pizza Hut, dont make me start buying from the other guys.

First of all if you want a decent order from this location DO NOT CHOOSE DELIVERY! My incomplete order came 30 mins late. Therefore the bread on pizza and garlic knots was hard and gummy. They forgot to bring my soda and ranch. Called to make a complaint and was told it would be delivered shortly. Well an hour has passed and still nothing. Called the manager back (Angelica) only for her to tell us the issue us a credit on our phone number for the next order. Really? The last time this happened I was emailed a coupon code for a free pizza. When I tried to use the code it was invalid. They are sorry. I will be calling corporate on Ms. Angelica. She needs to improve her managerial skills TODAY!

The food was fine, when we finally got what we ordered. Delivery time was fine, there were just always wrong or forgotten items. Stuck in the area and was the only place that would deliver(had no way to leave the hotel). Ordered here 3 days in a row, and not once did they get the order right. The delivery guys were nice and only one of them acted as if i was the problem when i asked them to go get the item from the store that I had paid for (one of the many items that was forgotten over the few days). I dont typically leave reviews, but just wanted to warn people to pay attention to your orders! Even down to the sauce on the pizza.. They are not very good with details.

I ordered a pizza from pizza hut at 2:07 for pick up. I get there at 2:25 to pick it up he tell me Its still in Tha oven. So I waited another fifteen min and still no pizza. I asked Tha manager where is my pizza he told me hold on. Them he gives me my pizza a 2:50. Then when I got Tha pizza it was cold. I asked why is my pizza cold he said its been sitting in Tha warmer Tha whole time I was waiting in Tha lobby. I was hot as fish grease. So I asked him to remake it and he did. But guess what they made it wrong. I Damn near went crazy for real so I had to wait on another pizza to get made. When I left pizza hut it was 3:15. I waited a whole hour for one pizza.

I love pizza hut. Im a professional driver. I drive all over the country. Did i mention i love pizza hut? I get it everywhere. I stop here in lancaster...i decided to try the pizza hut app... i ordered and it took over an hour and a half to deliver...when i got my pizza it was cold and stale. When i got my pasta it was cold but edible. The breadsticks were as hard as a rock. I had to ask for my two liter of mt dew. Which was hot. The driver did give me a two liter of pepsi which was cold. This pizza hut doesnt deserve to be open. Ive never had bad service like this. And i dont like to complain. It was just that bad.

Called after I was told they delivered to La Quinta Inn in Hutchins. They told me they wont deliver to me "because of the weather". Granted it WAS raining, but not to a degree that would impare driving. When I pressed they the got rude with me and insisted it would take 2 HOURS. Visiting from out of town, and it looks bad on the hotel. The pizza places should think about who ELSE they are impacting by being rude and not staffing accordingly for the weather.

These people are always rude and/or inconsiderate. I call and wait on hold for 5 minutes, to be hung up on! I call back, tell them they hung up on me and they just say hold again. They put me on hold and I hung up and called mr. Jims pizza! I have went into the store and they will not even acknowledge you until they are good and ready! A very poorly run business and customer service is non existent.

Wouldnt give a rating if I could. Sat for 35 mins. waiting. When I asked she said tickets got backed up, no one noticed an they just put it in. I waited almost an hour an the girl wanted to give me a soda! I got a refund. They also had issues with not washing hands before making pizzas an other people cancelled their orders. Next time I drive the extra distance for little cesars!

Hot mess!!! Customer service horrible!!!! Keep u on hold forever, inconsiderate,loud, ignorant and fry unprofessional...to top it all off they tried to build me a pizza instead of.cooking me one fresh. When I called them on the pizza puzzle they tried to recreate, from what seemed to b several other pizzas everyone seemed to play crazy! Corporate...do something please!
