Have never done a review before but I feel its my duty to put you on notice. In my 30 yrs I have never had customer service like this before, if you can even call it that. Just ordered delivery and was talked to like I somehow offended the woman by calling and giving them my business. The woman that answered made it a point to be rude and demeaning and condescending. They obviously dont take pride in their business. No point in calling and speaking to a manager because they undoubtedly know exactly who they hired. This lady may have even been an owner as said as that is. If it were in option Id give this rating a -20.

The food is pretty good for the price. Customer service SUCKS! The guy took my order wrong. And when i called to tell them the order was wrong he said well thats you paid for. So what you want me to do? After i explained I simply wanted what i ordered he said ok so i drove all the way back expecting to pay the difference n get the corrected order. Instead he tried to charge me full price for his mistake and told me it was all he could do. I WILL NOT be going back. The whole time the owner sat there n just looked like she could care less. First off, I cannot express how BAD the customer service is. I called the wrong location BY ACCIDENT. By the time I got to the Denton location, they realized it wasnt put in and they didnt have it. No problem, they fixed it and I was out in less than five minutes. Im driving home, completely forgot and I get this phone call from some Asian lady telling me my food was ready and why wasnt I there to pick it up. I got YELLED at for not picking up food! Like what even? They obviously know NOTHING about customer service.

Have had better rice. Prices are decent. But the LADY ON THE PHONE seriously has a HUGE attitude problem. Hangs up in your face. Rushes you. And shes just extremely rude like seriously. You should not be answering the phone if youre going to act like that. If you dont like your freaking job then QUIT bihh. Cuz she definitely has a major issue. Will NOT be ordering from there anymore just because of that. Get your attitude together and you might not keep losing regular customers. Smh.

The food from here is pretty good. Too bad the service is the worse. Ever since this new lady came she has been nothing but rude. Phone call ordering is always rushed. Cant modify something without her getting an attitude. Whatever happen to old management or owners they use to be very friendly and helpful. Miss the old new win hing. Please change that attitude and youll have a decent chinese restaurant.

The food here is OK I had better but its the closest place to me so I order here the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and if you want to substitute anything she says no unless you say you will pay extra SMH. If you get delivery and pay cash and have a little change left the guy sometimes will automatically keep it for his tip I tip depending on service he dont always deserve it

I tried to order food with some minor modifications because of allergy concerns. They were very helpful at first and then just randomly hung up on me. When I called back I was told that everything has MSG so they cannot help me. 5 minutes earlier they had sworn that they do not use MSG. Good luck. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not so much. Oh well.

LOL, Rude lady answers phone, says they just opened, to call back in 10 minutes???? WTF??? YOUR OPEN?????? DIDNT even answer phone with restraunt name, just said HELLO, WTF?????? Get some manners and professionalism when answering the phone, you must really hate answering the phone and hate your customers business there??? SAD

The lady who takes the orders is extremely rude..I kept my cool because who upsets the person handling your food.. Well I shouldve just backed out completely..I ordered broccoli beef and was met with mystery meat and gel gravy..yuck.. I ate the broccoli rice and carrots after cleaning the goo with my napkin.

Since when does Kung Pao chicken have shrimp and fried chicken in it. No red pepper either. The hot an sour soup had fake crab meat. Supposed to have pork. This is not authentic . worst imitation Chinese food ever. Order lady hung phone up. Wish we can give it negative stars.

Have to agree with Kjay2122, The food itself isnt bad but Ive had better. Customer Service or lack there of is probably what would keep me from going back. It almost seems as if theyre annoyed by having to take your order. Maybe theyll be too annoyed to stay in business.

Im here now. It being my first time yes this chick that took my order is rude. I was trying to look at the menu she was rushing me the whole time. Had no time to look at the menu. I orderes what i usually do everywhere i go because i waa irritated.

Bad service. Employees( except cashier breaunna) were very rude. Nobody could tell me what was in any dishes I asked about and had horrible attitudes. Food was ok. Restaurant was very dirty.

The food was good. I had orange chicken and fried rice. The chicken was good, but Ive had better fried rice. The girl working the counter/register was extremely rude though.

The lady that answers the phone is VERY RUDE. The food was nasty as hell too. I wasted $23.00 dollars, but never again!!! And btw fried rice should not be yellow!!!
