After moving from Denton, this is one of the first pizza places Ive been to and I absolutely love the taste of their margarita pizzas. However, after the 4th time I ordered, when I called in, the guy didnt know what I was talking about when I asked for a slice. I had to explain to him what I wanted even though I was the customer. Regardless, when I came to pick it up, the size portion was much smaller than the first three times Ive purchased their "slices". Also, the temperature was definitely warm - not hot. I even stated "Do you usually mke them this size? I feel they are usually bigger." All he could say was "Yes, sorry, have a great day." Pros: Great taste, takes only 10 minutes. Cons: bad customer service, poor problem resolution skills, inconsistent in size and temperature. Sucks because I really love the taste but if Im treated this way, Ill just pay more and order Brunos Ristorante across the street instead.

I gave this pizza place 2 stars because they gave me a free a free pizza when I moved into my new house, even delivered it for free, which is really cool. But honestly I have not had much pizza that wasnt good (assuming it has the toppings I want). I ordered a pizza from here and it was honestly just average, good because it is pizza and I like pizza, but not great... a long way from great. So I would say go somewhere else if you have a choice, but if this is where you wanna be, go for it.

Outstanding. Not only is their pizza consistently delicious and their salad always fresh, but their customer service blows us away. When we got our carry-out order home and realized theyd forgotten our breadsticks, not five minutes later a delivery car showed up to hand deliver it to us. iFrattelis just made our night! (Id also like to add that this is the first time theyve forgotten anything in our order in the five years weve been living here.) Love this place!

They dont have driver so when you give them business I suggest not even considering convience, and instead of a good customer service gesture and offering free stuff for people to be inconvenienced to pick up pizza which should be delivered to begin with... Heres a tip work on good customer service and know its 300 degrees in TX and we dont want to come out the house. I hate bad service and they definitely have it!!

I Fratelli Pizza in Irving, TX is simply the best NY style this side of the Mississippi River for our 1st Choice Chimney staff meeting. Its our 10th time providing Fratelli pizza over the years to our staff and each time its stunning in quality. We cannot imagine ordering any other pizza.

Everything Ive tried has been tasty. Not as good as Cavallis down the street but a good option for pizza dinner night. Also this is not a restaurant, just a store front to pick up your pizza that you hopefully already called in. This is a delivery only location.

Wonderful service all around and delicious pizza. I ordered 36 pizzas (8 different types) and every pizza was made correctly and delivered 10 minutes early. Im 110% satisfied with the service from the phone order to the delivery!

If you are looking for a tasty, healthy, and interesting looking pizza; you have found it! My favorite is the Margherita with grilled chicken - the basil and the diced tomatos are excellent with that melting mozzarela cheese.

The only reason I place an order online because I dont need to wait at the store. These guys messed up my order and I have to wait another 15 min. Dont like anyone who makes me wait :)
