Great first impression (Aug 2015) especially with a coupon (buy one get one free). And they really do get the pizza cooked and out to you really fast. I posted several photos of our visit today. Staff kept the customers moving through the line so the pizza gets in the oven sooner than later. We each got our own pizza on this visit along with one salad to share. The pizzas are large so come hungry or think leftovers. Next time we will get one pizza and choose lots and lots of toppings, one salad and drinks. Good bargain. Worth another visit with/without coupon. Only downside was the loud noise (concrete floors/metal ceiling) so it was hard to hear the staff ask what you wanted on your pizza. UPDATE: Sep 2015 Return visit with another coupon; buy one get one free. With a salad and sharing one pizza we got leftovers again. Enjoyed the meal more this time as getting better selected the toppings. I wont be getting the spicy red sauce next time. Bumped the rating to four stars since it was still great experience. UPDATE: Apr 2016 Bumped the rating to 5 stars. We have eaten at several other pizza places in Collin county and this is our favorite. Always fast service even during very busy weekday lunch hours. See photos. And to mix the salad dressing throughout the plastic box, just pour it in, close lid, shake and eat. Yummy. Read less

The pizza is delicious. During the grand opening I was beyond impressed with everyone. We have gone several times. The quality of the pizza is consistent. The majority of the time (except 1 time) the customer service has been superb. Employees ensure the restaurant is clean. They have great personality and seem to get along. For a while, I thought I might note return. Why? We had a problem one time. That day we waited 40 minutes for a pizza we ordered online. That specific day people would grab whatever they wanted without the employees verifying if it was theirs. I thought the online ordering tool would be great for peoples lunch break. NOOOO! I saw people dine in and leave before we got our order. Then they gave us someone elses order. That specific day there was no teamwork or communication. On another note, once the manager realized there was a problem she was great. Our advice to you is to order inside. You will not be disappointed by the quality of the food.

My boyfriend and I used to love this place. We came here every week over the summer, and never had any complaints..Its been a while since we ate there, but today we had lunch there with our friends and ordered our pizzas as usual. We got our pizzas and sat outside, but when I looked down at my pizza, I realized there was a large, dead COCKROACH baked into my toppings. It was the most disgusting experience Ive ever had at any restaurant. My boyfriend went inside to handle it, and the young man he talked to was polite and gave him two vouchers for a free pizza, which was great, but then one of the other associates told me it probably flew onto my pizza from the outside, as if it was our fault. Yeah, the cockroach flew onto my pizza and died on contact. We really wont be dining here again. I understand things happen, but a cockroach? in my food? Its unacceptable to me, and just wanted to let other diners know.

I was looking for a quick bite for dinner and some friends suggested giving Blaze a try. Im glad I did. The setup is something like a famous sandwich shop, "Except the ingredients are fresher" as the lady behind the counter informed me. You pick your ingredients as you go down the line and the person at the end puts it into the oven. There was no line and I was through the line in about 5 minutes. The pizza was done in about 5 more and I was out the door. I had the meat eaters with mushrooms. Thin crust, good ingredients and warm even after getting it home 15 minutes later. It was quite tasty and just the right size for one. I recommend Blaze if youre interested in a pizza that tastes good and is quick.

I love this place. I like to think of it like Subway for pizza, but BETTER, because I always select the "Build Your Own". Im very picky about crust and I have zero complaints. First time we were there the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Second time around it was equally as good. Environment is nice and well kept, someone mentioned the chairs are a little hard but I honestly dont think thats worth docking a star. The pizzas do come out really quickly, which I also love and if you like smores be sure to take one of their desserts, theyre great and just right. Will definitely consider this my go-to pizza place when Im craving

I love Blaze Pizza. The food is good at times, but the biggest issue is their inconsistency. They are rarely consistent. Every other time, youll get a burnt pizza, topping all over the place, etc. Its so random and itll get so annoying unless you put their thick skulls into place. I see all the workers having fun during their shift. Now that is okay, if youre doing your job, but thats not the case here. They hire insignificant, undisciplined employees who dont have any idea how to act with customers and in a restaurant environment. They may serve good pizza, but everything else is a pure nightmare. I love that you can get as many toppings on your pizza as you want for one price! They even have dairy free cheese available and dont charge extra for it, although I would caution people with allergies because all the ingredients were in each others bowls because the servers just grabbed heaping handfulls of them and spilled in the other bowls. The crust is extremely thin. I would recommend going for the thicker crust, although they do charge $2 extra for this. They had 4 different kinds of lemonade/fruit drinks that were very tasty.

40 or so in front of me and they worked through the line in a reasonable time. Not nearly as fast as Ive seen Chipotle burn through a line that long but acceptable. Friendly helpful people served me today. The BBQ chicken pizza was a nice twist say from CPK. I spent 18 bucks and got a full chicken ceasar salad and a pie and Im full. I hope the chicken doesnt have preservatives: Ill feel it later. Is it FNF chicken? I dont know. Tasty place, will try again if Im up in Frisco.

We just we just ate here it was delicious had a regular pizza with Alfredo and spinach and a gluten free pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos it was yummy sometimes gluten free pizzas are hit and miss but they did a good job now if they can just have gluten free alfredo that would be awesome. The service was also great, they also had a decent prices 4 unlimited toppings. Oh and they cooked are Pizza super fast great place for a quick lunch thats delicious !!!

The pizza here is great. It’s a cool concept with a lot of great options and the food is delicious. You have the option of building your own pizza and selecting all of the toppings. It’s basically the ‘Subway’ of pizza places. One downfall though - the place has been a wreck every time I’ve gone. Sitting outside feels like the scene of a post-apocalyptic movie with deserted trash everywhere. It’s worth trying, though.
