First time ordering and I let the person on the phone know, his computer froze I said no problem I can wait, however when I asked what salads they had he said well we have five different and I was like ok so what are they he seemed annoyed that he had to name them off. Anyways ordered a large pizza and a salad. When the delivery guy arrived my husband as usual opened the door and yelled at me pizzas here so while Im grabbing the money my husband reaches out for the pizza and the guy says I cant give it to you until you give me the money. My entire family was stunned! I know delivery people do this sometimes when the delivery is sketchy, but we order all the time from Pizza Hut from dominoes from Chinese places, even pho places and never has anyone ever treated us like that. Im not racist but this was the first time we had a white delivery person, and we are Latino. Our home is very clean and we are business owners ourselves. Nothing to give him the impression that we would steal one greasy pizza from him, needless to say my husband walked away upset my 18 yr old daughter stayed by the door while I was still getting the money ready and let him know " my parents usually tip really well, but I dont think youre getting a tip tonight" I went, paid him, got my pizza and will never order again since anyways the pizza was too greasy, the pepperoni was too spicy.

I placed my order online 15 minutes before I expected to get there to pick up. When I arrived my pizza had not been made and I was told the order didn't print and it should be ready in about 8 minutes. I waited in their "lobby" for my order and was very uncomfortable hot and poor seating. I waited about 15 minutes roughly and the pizza was finally ready for the cashier to offer only " I'm sorry" and nothing more. I should have had delivery because the drivers were coming and going very quickly while the manager offered no help he actually seemed to only criticize while he checked his email or whatever online. After all that I couldn't believe the quality! Sour tasting crust and overcooked, I choose Mr Jims and have for years but this location doesn't seem to meet the standards and quality I am used to in a Mr Jims pie. If Mr Jim is real I hope he realizes his name shouldn't be on that box.

Ok this makes probably the final strike for them and my business. Placed order. Driver arrives, hands me my pizza, but apologizes for forgetting the rest of my order.... will take 15 min for him to get it back to me...ummm what!?! So Im supposed to wait and eat cold pizza? I just hand it back. Call store, no apologies there. I just Cancel the order. I dont know what has happened too this location, but after ordering from them for years, my last several orders have all had mistakes in the order or things, that I paid for, only partially delivered. Very disappointed. And still hungry

The pizza is fine. But the manager at this store is rude jerk. I made my online order at 6:40 and called to check on it at 7:30. Instead of apologizing for the delay, with good business sense, he proceeded to tell me how my calling to check on my order was putting him further behind because he had "a lot of rookies taking forever" and how he had to hire a bunch of new people AND I "shouldnt be slowing down the process even more"... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

I ordered the thin crust sticky fingers... crust was perfect. The sauce was very savory, and the toppings were plentiful. Probably one of the better pizzas Ive had since moving to Texas. Plus, the guy who helped me out with the order was awesome. Very friendly and laid back. Even though this was my first time ordering there, he made me feel like Id been a lifelong customer. Ill definitely go back.... A lot

I never buy a pizza there is just order one the guy the came was a tall white guy we pay him he got the cash not even said tank you plus the pizza looks like punch the top of the box then I call the store to make my order the guy the talk to was so stupid I have to tell him what I want like 6 times people is better place to eat dont buy there is not even a good pizza

Tried for the first time, called it in 3 hours early (1pizza) , hoping to pick it up on the way home, get there and he forgot to put it in. Waited and still paid full price. I manage a business too. After seeing other reviews Im not surprised why the big chains are successful; at least their reliable.

Large Jimaterian - lots of veggies. Had some pieces of every type of veggie in every bite, which is what I like. Crust was really good. The toppings came all the way up to the crust, which I also like. I dont like it when there are two inches of dry crust before you get to the toppings.

Great pizza place! I wish they had a Mr Jims where Ill be moving to. They have more toppings than most pizza shops. I would definitely recommend the garlic parmesan crust!
