Called at 8 to ask at what timw they would close and they told me at 9:30. I Got there at 8:50... You would think they will still be cooking if theyre staying open... And have food for people to eat. So when I Asked that skinney ugly woman "manager" i wantes the corporates number she started being very rude just because I was making a complain. When really managers are suppost to help your poblem and not make it worse...she even told me I didnt have to eat there... So to me that means shes not an adequate "manager" to be in that position you require more customer service for that... She refuse to solve my problem and even said not to come back. When all my family and friends come here so If someone can help me get the owners number and make her get fired or maybe be in a different position where shes not near customers.... That would help alot... Like the food but the staff didnt help nor did they have food so why even pay for a full price passed that time when they wont even have food for my girls to eat! (Lo mein) is the only thing i was asking for after that and she refused to service me

Let me start with the bad. 1.the parking lot is just cracked up asphalt and has minor pot holes that needs to be repaired or redo the parking lot and the parking stripes are worn out not Im impressed with that. 2.This place is full, I mean packed. The wait for me was 25 minutes and I was told 15 minutes. The entrance is chaos trying to get it and no where to sit when waiting. Its so packed waiting to get seated you have to stand shoulder to shoulder to a stranger. This place needs to get bigger or management needs to find a solution to this part of the business. The good is 1. The food is better than average and they have a large variety. 2. This place is clean 3.its modern and has good lighting 4. The servers are great they take your plate as soon as you are done and get your refill when youre almost done with the drink. They get anything you need very nice people. Only reason I gave a 3 starts was for the long wait and its so packed with people at the entrance. Ive been here more than 5 time and the problem is still the same.

It was a good place at the beginning but they havent changed the menu in the past 3 years then I found out what they do to their employees whenever a customer doesnt wait for his receipt at the table and walks to the cashier without a receipt the customer pays right there and then but then they will turn around and tell the waitress that serve them that they didnt pay and now they have to pay for them so please folks wait for your receipt before you walk up to the cashier cuz theyre making the waitress pay with what little money they get from tips after you already pay them and if you are one of those piece of s*** that likes to walk out without paying their bill just remember this waitress they dont make a whole lot of money and they got to pay for you. and thats just not right... and the way they cook the food is not healthy at all and these I heard from maria the manager herself....

We called for pricing for a child and an adult. We were told that a child was $5.95 to $7.95 & $10.99 for the adults. We came to eat and when it was time to pay, the waitress charged me $10.99 for the adults and charged me the same price for a child. When I inquired, I was told the price was based on height, not age by Mary, the manager. That is not what we were told on the phone. I asked for her boss and she said he is here for lunch only so I left my number and am awaiting his call. Mary was extremely rude. Instead of talking to me about fixing the problem, she left me standing there while she waited on 3 seperate families. She proceeded to call my son , who talked to her about pricing, a liar. I will never come here again. Rudeness and dishonesty is her first priority, not the customer.

Food was good, warm, and tasty. They have both Chinese favorites as well as some Tex/Mex. Dont kid yourself, this is not Chinese, but what Americans think Chinese food really should be. Buffet was busy for lunch, and well stocked, food hot and fresh, and a large selection. I dont have kids, so I cant speak to "kids meal" pricing, but it sounds like a number of their low reviews and just people whining. Service was short, but friendly and helpful. They didnt have the personalized attention to detail of a more expensive restaurant, but then again, they are not a more expensive restaurant. Expect the server to keep your drinks full, because that they do. But as is the case in life, you get what you pay for. In this case, you just happen to get a good value for that payment.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !!!!! Decent food, but the front end lady had a serious attitude problem. Since people have lied in the past , the changed the kids price based on height. I asked the lady why a short 10 yr old pays less than a tall 10yr old , i was told my kid would be charge at adult rate. I tried to show her his ID to prove he was only 10 and she didnt want to see it. When i asked her if I could speak to the manager she really got snobby an said, " the manager is busy ". When I finally got the manager and explained that its not the money , and that it was a principle thing, she acted as if she could care less if we ate there or not . I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. !!!!

The area where this buffet is a bit worn down, so I was pretty hesitant to go into this buffet for my work lunch. I was totally wrong. The place is huge with seating, clean, and has some pretty good sushi. So many options to choose from too! The only part I was a little eh about is the place where you get the food....considering the massive amount of options, it is very small area, so you end up bumping into a ton of people, and have to wait for a bit (but this is during the rush lunch hour). The crab ragoon is pretty under cooked most of the time, but overall the food is great!
