I just read everyones comment: Pros: * Very good momo. Best momos among all Nepalese restaurants in Irving. * Other Nepalese food like Sukuti, Bhutan, Taas, etc are similar to most Nepalese restaurant. * One will know what to expect when one goes there. The taste of food dont change on multiple visits. * Hassle free quiet place to dine. Very unsophisticated. It is not a idle place to take a date, or frens, if are into fake politeness of modern society. Waitress have natural/honest expression. They do not try to hard to be nice with you. * Prices are inexpensive. Please do not visit restaurants if this is too expensive. * BYOB. Cons: * I have been there with few Indian frens. Not very good Indian food. * Do not order soups. Stick with most selling Nepalese dishes like momo, sukuti, tash. * Waitress are sometimes inattentive. I am guessing they do not get tips. Owner has to change this.

When my girlfriend and I walked in the place was so cozy and the atmosphere was so pleasant. We ordered all the 3 different momo styles, chicken biryani and lassies. They were served with a yellow sauce so good, I ended up drinking it. Each style of momo served was phenomenal and unique from the other, all delicious in their own way. Biryani is best that Ive tasted in Texas. To all the negative reviews about customer service here, I made sure to be extra nice, polite and appreciative to my waitress and she treated me like a king. All four plates and and the lassies were only $38 and we even had leftovers to take home. I was delighted that I left her a nice big tip. I live an hour away, but will definitely be back frequently. I highly advise to ignore the negative reviews, go in, be very polite to the waitress and enjoy some of the best momos around.

I have the most complaints about servers there and secondly their food. Servers are lazy and gives attitude when they have to work. Stay home if you cant work without showing attitude to customers. When asked for Ice water , this girl gave me tap water with 2 small cubes of ice. Second most, she served me burned, literally black pakodas. When asked to get me new one, with attitude she said they will give u same thing again. What the hell, I am paying for this food and yet they cant serve me decent food. NEVER going back to this place. Will not recommend to anyone. This place desperately needs changes and manner.

Chicken was undercooked! I could see blood and raw meat! When I told the management about how undercooked the chicken they promised to fix the problem. All they did was make rude comments behind my back and burned the same chicken till it was all black. It was so over cooked it tasted like charcoal. When I told management about this problem, they refused to fix the problem and said that have provided "excellent service" and that it wasnt their problem but mine! (Since when is raw chicken and over-burned food good service?) I Pray that the Health inspector shuts them down before more people get sick.

I went on Saturday night with my friends as one of my nepali friend recommended this Place. Food was okay but the service sucks. The waitress was very lazy. No greetings, she gave menus took our order in a hurry. she served food and we didnt see her. She needs to learn some customer service skills. At the end we had to go to the counter for cheque, there she was talking on her phone... she didnt ask any feedback. This might be the reason, you can hardly see people for dine-in. The owner has to hire some professionals otherwise hes gonna loose his business.

I went to this place and ordered for a mutton thali and Aloo achari for take out.I should have known when I found the place deserted on a Sunday afternoon. The thali was supposed to be eat as much as you can but they gave me about 2tbspn dal, very liitle amount of cauliflower cury, some kind of green leaves that was raw and about four pieces of bite sized mutton. The aloo achari was cold from fridge and totally decayed one.I had to thow it away.I would never go back.I think this restaurant should be banned!!!!!!!

Really good place for vegetarians! Lots of vegetables in the kaddi paneer, more than most other places. Ambiance is ok but the food more than makes up for it. Food is not very spicey so if you like your food hot then ask for it to be made extra spicey. Personal faves are the veg momos and paneer butter masala. Ive taken one star off because all three times Ive eaten here the naans were burnt to the point where I could taste it and had to throw two pieces away!

You will love this place if you like Nepali food. Their Sekuwa (barbecued meat) is thoroughly pleasing. They open till 2 AM and is great for people working till late in the night. Good Thali sets. They even offer Buff (Buffalo/ Bison) MoMos (dumplings), which is rare in America and reminds me of my hometown, Kathmandu. Good service. Tends to get busy sometimes, and the air is filled with Nepali voices that makes it feel like home.

I would give negative rating if it was possible!!! The service is Worst as usual. They literally throw the plates while serving. Disgusting!! They Treat us like we are eating for free. Who tip to such Big attitude servers. Seriously, if you dont want to work in resturant where Nepali comes then please quit the Job and show your attitude to some other places. There are lots of people who are looking for job.

I tried to order food by phone but no one picked the phone for so long. So I went there and placed my order. I had not placed much of quanity still it took them too long to get it done. Even after 30 mins of wait they were telling me to wait for 10 more minutes. I can understand that sometimes when its busy its difficult to manage time. But atleast you can hire more people for efficiency.

Not a bad place to go and eat some nepali food and cuisine. I felt one of the waitress had a serious bad attitude problem because she was not polite at all placing the food in hurry as if she is throwing the plate. I dont know if she was having some personal problem but thats not good for the restaurant because she didnt smile or talked nicely once. Apart from that the food was good.

The food over here is degrading day by day. NEVER EVER ORDER TO-GO from this place they dont even care whats there inside. They just keep everything that has been remained inside the fridger from past few weeks maybe. The staffs and environment is good. The taste of food is inconsistent. Sometimes they are really good and sometimes they are just Yuck like literally.

As a complete newbie to Nepalese food, I cant attest to authenticity. If you like spicy/hot food, this will clear your sinuses! My waitress was polite and friendly if somewhat inattentive. She guided me to an interesting lunch, despite her limited English. The décor was clearly pieced together from second hand. On the food alone, Id give 5 stars.
