Wonder how you guys run this restaurant. We first ordered a mushroom soup and to our surprise turned out be excellent and were eagerly waiting for the main course that is when the trouble started. The portions were extremely generous and each course would easily feed two people. The C.Biryani and Prawn fried rice we ordered arrived in time as promised, the portions were large, impressive, well garnished. Now as we took a bite we realized that it tasted nothing close to a simple Palau, forget the Biryani. Tasteless burnt and inedible. The Prawn fried rice also turned out to be a disaster. No taste what so ever. To make things worse the cook has added peanuts and things that are not meant to be seen in such dishes. We had a hard time right from start and had to eat it just because we paid for it. Anyways most part of the food was left as we felt not worth falling sick. A mango lassi that we ordered for our daughter turned out to be so Sour that we have to keep it aside. For Sure this would have hurt us more consuming it! In the end I expressed our dissatisfaction and opinion about the food and the place. Although she didnt charge us for the lassi, over all the experience was terrible. Would I recommend this place to anyone a Big NO! At the end its just not the quantity people look for, quality makes all the difference ! I give a generous one star for this place. The upkeep of the place needs to be given a serious thought! The place stinks of stale food!

Been here couple of time, just to be disappointed again and again. I am over giving this place chances to change my mind. Servers doesnt seem to care much about customers and will raise their voice over you when pointed out. Last nights incident was enough for me to take this time and write honestly harsh review. I phone ordered 4 items to go: 2 plate momo, 1 chow mein and 1 pakodas. I dont know how momo and pakodas were because it was for my siblings. I didnt even realized the servers put stale fried rice instead of my order chow mein. I am very disappointed, because fried was hard to chew, meat smelled a little and were hard to swallow. I literally took 2 spoons and threw entire meal in trash. Very annoyed about the wrong order they put and secondly stale food. I tried talking to the manager but the girl who receives call keeps putting in back saying they are not available. Also, rumor has it and my closest friends experienced that servers charged extra without informing when customers went in big group. Extra money were charged unknowingly and when asked for receipt they would get nervous and redo the bill and charged correctly with lower bill. ANYONE VISITING THIS PLACE PLEASE ALWAYS ASK FOR RECEIPT.

As their name suggests, they serve both Nepalese and Indian dishes. Slower service than youre used to. BUT their food is tasty unlike many other well-established restaurants in the metroplex where food is cooked hurriedly or routinely and put in front of you, sometimes sacrificing on taste. .... I have been over-charged on several occasions for certain items despite the actual prices clearly printed AND EXPLAINED on their menu. On my last visit, it was no point arguing with certain one of their cashier/waitresses regarding this because she came up with her own excuses why she wants to charge me $8.99 for an item that was only $6.99 when i ordered it. And then, she goes on to blame the other waitress that took my order.

The only reason this place got 1 star out of me was because of the food, I have to admit it was pretty good. I ordered the Lamb Masala and My boyfriend the Goat Masala... heres where the problem lies, they literally tasted the exact same! the restaurant was dirty and the service was absolutely awful. I had a different waitress the entire time i was there and neither of them knew what the hell was going on. They never came to check on us after the food was brought out and when my boyfriend told the waitress he did not like his food they basically told him he couldnt have anything else or get out money back... I will order take out from them because the food was good but i would NEVER dine in again

Excellent, authentic northern Indian / Nepalese / Tibetan food. Their bread basket is unbelievable - three of us tried to split it and still had some left over. The Bullet Naan is awesome, packs a good punch. Rogan Josh (extra spicy) is serious and just like eating in Jammu. Their mild tikka masala kept my wife happy. Price for the food is excellent, especially compared with some of the other fantastic Himalayan restaurants in the US. Service seems slow if youre waiting, but thats because they actually cook stuff to order. Again, excellent place. I highly recommend it if youre in the area. Close to the Airport of youre stuck on a layover and want a short taxi ride to super-food.

Went out on a Wednesday with the family to eat out, most Indian restaurants close at 9PM, was so glad to find this open till 11 PM. The place is small and has an authentic ambiance. We had the chicken tikka masala, Tandoori mixed grill and goat biriyani-----everything was excellent! This place has both Indian food and Nepali food, were Indian and were wondering if the Indian food was gonna be authentic but their food was spot on, everything tasted the way it should and was delicious. The service is very good also, the waitress was very polite and nice---did a good job explaining things on the menu. Price is also very reasonable. Will definitely go back again.

Possibly the filthiest and most unhygienic restaurant I have been to in DFW. The place smells in fact stinks and the bathrooms are like the railway station in India. Ever since I ate the food I am having a stomach ache and feel like throwing up...I think I have gotten food poisoning. On the way to the stinky bathroom I got a peek of their kitchen....didnt see much difference! I am not sure how the health department in Irving is actually letting this place operate. Save your money and your health...do not go!! I might have given it 2 star if the food was any good as well...but the less I say about it the better. If there was a zero star I would give that!!

It used to serve good food but now a days food quality is not that good as it used to be. I recently went to this resturant and ordered Motton Sekua. It supposed to be boneless and skinless meat but it came out to be meat with skin, bones and solid animal fat colored like meat. They even charged me more than regular price saying that today it special. Nomal price was $7.85 but they charged me $9.99 for each plate. I would not go there anymore.........not only I did not like that food it also made sick the following day.........

I guess this is the only place serving nepali cuisine in dallas. The food is extremely good, not too spicy and very flavorful. There is limited seating so if you arrive in allege groups of 8-10, you might have to be very close to each other. The service is good and friendly and very prompt. The food is their main selling point and its amazing. Try their chicken momos and nepali thali. They serve good food at reasonable prices. Indian comfort food! Yummy..
