WORST RESTAURANT WEVE EVER VISITED. Have visited 3 times. The first was with four people. Very nice service, attentive, but we all agreed that the food was unremarkable. Not bad. Just not as good as Napolis in Garland, which is what we were expecting. After a few months we decided to try again. My wife and I went one night, and there were only a few people in the restaurant. A young man seated us, and brought me a cup of coffee while we waited for the lone waiter to finish his conversation with two ladies at another table. I finished my coffee, and he still had NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT US! We finally left, leaving a $1 on the table for the coffee. The waiter still never saw us as we walked slowly by him. The young man that sat us was genuinely surprised as we left. Told him that we were hungry and would have to go somewhere else to get some food since Napolis didnt have any. NEVER AGAIN! Three strikes and youre out. We are SOOOO disappointed. The reviewers that like this place must either be related to the owner, or theyve never had good Italian food before.

It was okay...I guess. I called on the phone and placed an order for pick up. I ordered a regular salad with house dressing and a baked ziti. The person on the phone wasnt friendly at all, nor did they give me any indication that the number I had called was the correct one. All they said was "Hello?". The food was ready quickly, and the ziti was hot when I picked it up. According to the menu, the salad was supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes. Mine had no tomatoes at all and the lettuce was wilted and almost brown. The dressing tasted good at least. The ziti was extremely strange. It looked really good at first, but it was extremely sweet. Ive eaten ziti at lots of restaurants and nowhere else has it ever been this sweet. It tasted like someone poured a huge amount of sugar into the sauce. After eating half of my serving my stomach was hurting because of how sweet it was. The saving grace was the garlic bread. It was really good. Im not planning on going back.

New to the area & love Italian. I was the ONLY customer in the place. Waitress brought my tea & I asked for a straw which I got after 15 min. Placed my order & it took 30 minutes to be served. TV is up high & too small for the area & on a sports channel but no one offered to change it for their "only" customer. Veal was thick & tough. Picata sauce & pasta was tasty. Couldnt tell anyone because the waitress never came back to offer more tea or see if I needed anything. The tea tasted old, probably because the tea maker has never been properly cleaned. I finally banged on the table with a knife & the waitress dragged herself back into the dining room. I asked for the check, went to the register to pay & reluctantly left a 20% gratuity. I have eaten in fine restaurants all over the U. S. but this was the worst. I wont be back.

I have never actually been to the restaurant but they are the only Italian place that delivers around Denton. EVERY time I call they just say hey, they do not greet me and it makes me think i called the wrong number. the first time the food was great when I had it delivered but the second time I threw it all up and was sick for days. so It is a hit or miss. Also the delivery guys have no idea where anything is. They called me 3 times looking for my apartment which is only .5 miles away from them. I will try them again but if anything like this happens again I will not use them. If you have a short temper with people I would not recommend using this place for delivery. ---Reminder: This review is only about delivery service, I have never actually gone into the restaurant-----

Summary: Amazing food, good service, basic decor. Food: I ordered the medium Supreme Pizza...holy wow. Not only was it one of the most amazing pizzas Ive ever had, but it was enough to feed my wife and I and our two girls. The bread that they give you before the meal is absolutely to die for as well. Absolutely incredible. Service: The waiters were nice and quick, they werent rude by any means, but they werent friendly or even pretending to be cheerful. Im willing to overlook that though because they took care of everything we needed in a fast manner. Decor: Pretty basic, nothing special. Small place, but they dress it up nicely.

My family just found this place and it is now our favorite in the north Dallas area. It has surprisingly nice atmosphere considering the strip center location and the food is always good. The bread varies depending on the day from giant to small/medium, but they have always been hot and melt in your mouth soft. We havent had a bad meal yet, but the chicken parmesan is probably my favorite right now. The pizza is good and they seem to sell a lot of it. Service is pretty good and if there is any kind of problem, they fix it fast. If you are looking for good Italian, give this place a shot.

Driven by this place a hundred times. For some reason, unless its coffee, I shy away from strip mall restaurants. In this case, I am sorry I did. The owner waits on you. Amazing fresh, soft and hot buttered Italian bread is brought to your table. Dont fall for filling up on the bread, the food is really good. I ordered eggplant parmigiano and in comes in the dish it was baked it. That made it really hot for a long time. I would rather these restaurants bring it on a plate. That was the only draw back and it qibbling. Well worth the visit.

We have ordered pizza delivery a couple of times now. Having just moved here, finding new favorites is hard. Napolis thin crust pizza is pretty good. My wife thinks its too greasy, but me and the boys think its fine. The price is on the high end, and the service is a tad slow, but not terrible. Coupons would make up for these short comings but I havent seen any of those yet. Overall its a reasonable option, but nothing to write home about. I guess you could say I would order again, but I am impartial.

I am a college student, so getting good food and getting away from the cafeterias is a big deal! I have tried food from many different places and since I lived in Europe for the majority of my life, I am very picky when it comes to good food. I can honestly say this is the best Italian I have had in America yet. It was very well made, and it tasted amazing. If you are looking for a good Italian place, and are tired of the fake italian from olive garden, TRY IT! You wont be let down!
