Great MOST of the time... unless you get Lainie as your bartender. she has a few favorites who come in and will ignore you in favor of them. Sean, who was finishing up had to greet several guests who had not even been greeted cause she was chatting with her friends. I tip 25% usually, as I have been a server and bartender in the past and know how hard it can be. I wish I knew Lainies schedule so I could just go somewhere else when she is working. I am used to bartenders who try to keep their patrons occupied with beer... I went empty after my first and waited a while... 5-10 minutes before she even noticed... her bar was not full, she was not making drinks, she was chatting. I ate my wings and they were never cleared. I paid my bill and still tipped around 15% but I really just should have left her a nasty note. She sucks. I could maybe KINDA see her getting away with this if she were hott and flirty, but she doesnt even have that going for her. shes just an inattentive girl who is at her post to draw a paycheck and some quick cash. I wont be tipping her again if I come in on her shift. this was probably my 3rd time with her at the bar. 3 strikes.

It was horrible! We went there tonight after church with a group of 10. The restaurant was empty except for two other tables. Our waitress only asked half of us for our drink orders, so some people got something to drink while others didnt. We put our orders in and waited a full hour before any were delivered. During that time we had to flag down our waitress to get refills. When food finally came out only 3/4 of our table got food. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and after I had eaten half of it I found out that the inside of my chicken was completely raw!!!! I called the waitress over to show her and she said she would get the manager...I had to wait 10 minutes for him and then all he did was say he was taking my plate to show the kitchen staff and walked off. Again we waited 15 minutes and didnt hear anything else. I decided I had enough and was going to leave...only then did the other two people at our table get their food--an hour and a half after they had ordered it. I will never go back to this place for any reason, and I had better not get sick tonight from that raw chicken I ate!!!

Was served drinks by a woman who said, "Im not your server tonight but Ill take your drink order." So, all is cool I guess, we give her our drink order and she also takes our appetizer order. Were sitting after that for 20 minutes without our entree order being taken. All the while, two tables around us that came ten minutes after got their orders taken and my family is sitting while waiting with our menus. Our appetizer comes out 20 minutes later (one of them is cold) and before the waitress left (the same from before, not our server though? confusing..) we had to quickly ask her if our order was going to be taken. She looks at us confused and says, "Oh..yes!". She would never had taken our order if we hadnt asked. And we couldnt flag anyone else down because they were either busy asking someone else for their order or chatting together by the soda dispenser. Disappointed with the wait time and also the price.

Been to this location a few times. Never a wow experience. My latest experience was a 1:30 lunch. Maybe 12 or so customers (fairly empty) seated. Had to wait to be seated for over 3 mins. A waiter finally came to greet us and as he looked back to the dining area he saw there was not one clean table to sit us at in an empty restaurant (all tables covered in past customer dishes). He went to clean a booth off for us, but as I looked around I started to wonder - if they dont mind their customers seeing this freaking disaster of a dining room what in the hell does their kitchen look like. I told the waiter to not worry about it that we were going to relocate to a cleaner restaurant. If I was a bww corporate person and walked in to this store I would fire the mgr on duty. Update : Went to the bww in Denton and service, food quality and food delivery times sucked. I will never be a sucker again.

First, I know its busy, but our mozzarella sticks didnt come out until after our food. SECONDLY, one flying bug caught our attention. It was a giant flying roach. The manager tried convincing us it was a June bug. Yes she did comp our meal But she lied about it being a flying roach. AND THEN another one showed up, it was slightly smaller. The bigger one was the size of my thumb. And it flew around our table like it wanted what we had. And then the manager goes to say, "we dont need to involve other tables" One of my friends and I ran away from the table while the other stayed to get our stuff and the manager moved us to another table. Until the second roach showed up. And then we got the hell out.

Screamin Nacho burger: 3 out of 5 burps: Well it was a burger, that much is true. But like going to Subway to get Pulled Pork BBQ, going to a wing place for a burger is going to give you the results one would expect. Even though it did have all the goodness that I would normally enjoy, when put together on burger patties which taste like the gifts a cat leaves in the litter box...its not goodness that Im feeling. Why did I get a burger? I wasnt really in the wing mood. Perhaps if they had Wing playing one of her famous remakes like ACDCs Highway to Hell I might have felt more like it? However you cant turn back time and change the past.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! It took over an hour to get a table. The hostess forgot to give us our table and we had to ask. Then she argued with us about letting her know our entire party was complete. She needs to go work down the street at ihop if she cant handle a friday night crowd. Then our appetizer came out after our food which also took an hour. It took 15 minutes to get a round of drinks. Kids running around everywhere. Have been several times to keep giving them a chance and its always unacceptable service. They need to hire new management that actually cares because it is a nightmare. Will not return to this location.

Gave place multiple chances.. and its the same everytime.. takes forever to take order. When not even busy took 2hrs to eat an this was at 2pm no crowd or rush. Orders have been wrong 3out of 5 times in... wait staff has a crap for attitude when you ask them for anything and dont listen when you place your order.. When it opened it was great then been downhill ever since. Shame for its close and convenient to our house. As for kids running around thats the parents rasing them an dont be scared to tell those parents that let their kids run rampant a word or two....
