Saw that they opened a wood fired pizza place and decided to try it one day. when we walked in we were greeted by the pizza dough maker which was great. when you figure out what you want from the menu at the door you walk up to what looks like an assembly line of people. the dough guy makes your dough and passes it on. we asked for a pizza that had chicken and spinach and corn in it. The girl barely put any chicken on it. when we got to the next person they went to put the spinach on it and before they do they proceed to hold it up to their nose and take a whiff first like it was bad. as she is about to put it on the pizza i stop her and tell her i dont want that on my pizza if you just had it by your nose. so then she laughs. she throws it away and her and another girl dig through the spinach and throw pieces out and continue smelling it then find pieces they think are suitable and put it on the pizza. at this point im wondering what is wrong with the spinach and if i want to even eat it. we tell them it is missing corn and they say they dont have corn. like as in they dont sell corn. im like well its on your menu. they look and then go ask the manager who looks around and says hes sorry there isnt corn out. as we continue to wait in the long line we just decide we are not impressed at all with them and certainly not with the girl sniffing the spinach and probably putting it on other pizzas and just leave. we wont be going back or at least not anytime soon. they need to have less people touching your food (not all are wearing gloves), fresh ingredients out and workers that know the menu.

I called for delivery. I was told that the pizza would be delivered within an hour regardless to the fact that I live two minutes away . An hour passed, so I checked my account and i had been charged. The icing on the cake is that I had actually been overcharged . I called the store again and the employee who answered the phone stated that she could not find my order . She called the manager ( The guy who actually took the order ) and I pointed out to him that I had been overcharged he quickly stated that he would refund my money. He went on to state that because of the error the pizza would still be delivered in five minutes . Thirty minutes later I called and told him that the pizza had not been delivered, and that I would be there to get documentation of the refund because at this point I could not take his word for it . He went on to argue that they attempted to deliver the pizza but I was not answering my phone . He goes on to state my phone number incorrectly ( The last number wrong ). This is my first impression of the business I had never eaten there before and I will never attempt to eat there again . I am not partial to liars and crooks . I will keep my eye on my account for the refund and any any additional charges.

Excellent birthday surprise, Thank you Persona Pizza and the staff on duty tonight. We decided to try a new place tonight, just because we couldnt decide on the same ole same ole. When walking into the restaurant there was a great vibe and when one of the staff, A-B-L, overheard it was my birthday, he said "youre getting a FREE pizza." We ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza, a persona salad, cheese sticks, 2 cookies, and a brownie. All the add-ons were a decision made due to the FREE pizza. It turned out to be a GREAT SURPRISE. When I showed military ID, he informed me about a military discount as well. By the time we got home, cleaned up, settled down, and began to eat, the pizza was a bit cold. To my surprise, IT WAS DELICIOUS STILL!!!! The pizza had a hint of heat that sneaks up on you. The cookies, virtually melt in your hands, and the brownie was fantastic. Well be back shortly and highly recommend this place to anyone now. Great choice, just considering food. When you factor in the the elegance and the fresh way they create a pizza as you watch, you can feel like a birthday surprise every time you eat here, as well.

Ok where should I start... my wife and I wanted an authentic brick oven pizza so we found this place online. We called to place our order and thats when our BEST PIZZA EXPERIENCE BEGAN. The gentleman that took my order (WILLIE) was very knowledgeable with the menu, he was very polite and courteous and took the time to explain the different options I didnt feel rushed at all by him. That was enough for me to have a very good view of this place but that was actually just the start because then the delivery guy shows up (GREG). I live in a new development community so my address doesnt come up on the maps but Greg is not your ordinary pizza delivery guy oh no this guy went the extra mile to find my address and if thats not enough he got here in 30min when he got here he ring the doorbell not like other pizza delivery guys that bang on the door. Greg was also very polite and had a very good attitude. Last but not least the pizza, it was beyond Amazing BEST pizza I have EVER had. My wife an I will ONLY eat this pizza now nothing could ever compare. BEST pizza experience EVER.

The pizza itself was delicious although I think they are a slim on toppings, the goodness is mostly the crust and the sauce. However, the flow of the restaurant is a big problem. It starts with a really slow lineup that blocks the front door and the garbage can. We have like 3 parties in front of us and it takes 30 minutes before we can order our pizza. When our pizza was ready in the oven, its kept in the oven longer than it should because the finishing counter was full, then it was set aside, cooling, waiting for the person to finish up the previous order. The timing should be handled better! Also, the girl who is adding the finishing ingredients just scattered it somewhere on the pizza, not care if they are spreaded evenly. It would be great if they offer a smaller pizza for lunch, the regular size is too big for one person.

Honestly, even though there is a small wait, Im completely fine with that. This is not just some fast food restraunt, this is quality food. Quality food that takes quality time, in which I do not mind waiting. If you want fast, and quick food go to CHIK-FIL-A for mediocre food. This was my first time, and being a pizza lover, was thoroughly impressed, honestly I liked the wait, Im very indecisive, so it gave me time. Also, for alternative methods, people have the choice of ordering ahead of time and picking it up when it is ready. So, there really is not excuses for you to complain while being in a line that you choose to be in. The sauce was suburb, toppings was generous enough, and the cheese was very stringy. The employee who was kneading the dough was polite and great for conversation. Loved it.
