Horrible everyone in the kitchen noone taking orders 3 people in line 2 waitting for pizza drive thru was getting priority Horrible pizzas nothing like it used to be all burnt not even at all its all flat from some areas full of bubbles some blowed up some popped and all you could see is the dough grows definatley not eatable end up loosing atleast 4 slices Whats a Pizza with lack of sauce and cheese!? What do kids like in Pizza!? Not the DOUGH obviously!! YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO START MAKING PIZZAS THE WAY THEY WOULD EAT THEM THEMSELVES and hire real people who love the Job NOT THE MONEY CAUSE ALL THEY DO IS A CRAPPY JOB AND STILL GET PAID... OTHER LOCATIONS KNOW ABOUT THE REPUTATION IN THIS LOCATION SO I HEARD FROM AN EX EMPLOYEE DONT BUY PIZZA THERE THEY DROP THE DOUGH AND STILL USE IT THEY DONT EVEN WASH THERE HANDS REALLY OMAIGOD!! SO I TRIED EXCHANGING A PIZZA AND WAS TOLD NO BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT THE STORE ALREADY WOW!! Just very disappointed HOW MUCH ITS CHANGED

If you want pizza go somewhere else this place s***s... I called made my order they said 15 to 20 minutes. I gave them 30 minutes but I get there and guess what they did even write it down to make it.... The lady said ok they be out in a few minutes. I stood there 15 minutes Intel the other lady ask me what my order was and I told her to deep dish pizzas she started looking for the order found nothing then she told everybody I need two deep dish right now so I had to stay there for another 30 minutes waiting for my two pizzas. If you want pizzas I suggest you go somewhere else otherwise you aint going to eat your pizza happy you going to be pissed off....

This location is not safe!! There were people yelling and fighting in the parking lot last time we went!! We had someone drive up right behind us and start honking!! Is there a lower rating than one star? Dont go here! Not to mention, It took us Atleast 30 min waiting in the drive thru the last 2 times we went here. It sounds crazy until you go and wait 30 mins too!! Not even exaggerating.... I thought the pizza was supposed to be hot n ready?! Not made from scratch on the spot!!

I order a deep dish pizza in the drive thru and was told it would be brought out to me in 10 minutes. 35 mins later still no pizza so I go inside and no one was aware that I had even ordered a pizza. WTF so the pizza they rushed to make was not done in the middle. On top of that I was promised a replacement after I waited 30 mins I was told my name wasnt in the book.

They need to get it together, I just ordered 4 pizzas and they were all over cooked. The cheese and pepperoni was, except the sausage, it was undercooked. Smh and the cheese was hard. The wings wasnt hot. I kmow not to come to this location. The other imperial valley location pizza is fresh. And the bread was so thick, it couldve been stuffed crust. Wastwd money

As a former manager for this company I can tell you this location is a joke. Dont bother going during the "hot n ready" times as you will wait 30+ minutes for pizza thats supposed to be ready. Ive called in orders here on multiple occasions and when I get there everytime Im told that they forgot to make my order. Trust me your better off going elsewhere.

They be Lit!!! Love this place!! They usually have a long line with cars getting the classics pizza. Yet they still are pretty quick expect a 10 min wait if the line is long. I did five pizza for my nephews birthday party but the time for the party got moved up 12:30pm in the launch rush. They pumped out five pizza in 20mins. There service is awesome.

Crappy service and no pizzas ready. Waited 30mins for my call in order in the drive thru because they closed the lobby early. Just to get to the window and they said no one made the order. They had the doors locked and their boyfriends inside sitting on their lap while they slap their asses. I was in awe. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

Took 30min for 2 pizzas ...Manager on shift name was Terry and he was rude too customers, lobby was NASTY , crew members were playing in the back , doing homework and texting...serving food with no gloves. If the health department was too do a surprise visit they would definitely FAIL ..Get it together cooperate... QUICK

Terrible service. They complete forgot my order for 2 pizzas that are suppose to be hot and READY after 5. Then when I asked for a manager the kid said he "doesnt know where she is, she isnt here" smh. Waited 25 minutes for 2 thrown together pizzas. Im never going to this location again.

The have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I got hung up on twice on the phone while I tried to place my order. I waited an hour for my food in the drive thru, after asking for my order 4 times by 3 diffrent people..... Never coming back again...

On 08/21/17 if I could give 0 stars I would! It was a flies cooked into the cheese of my pizza! They did NOT want too even give me another pizza the pizza was horrible next to the flies I took one bite and damn near thru up Ill NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Service is very slow at this location so expect to wait at least ten minutes before ordering. Also, there is no proper customer service worth mentioning here. If you decide to order from here do not have any high expectations.

Dont come here customer service is bad. All of them in there were just texting while i was at the drive thru. He clearly saw me and just ignored me because a text is more important. Also they dont make "stuffed crust" anymore.

The pizza is fantastic for the price. The people are organized and the pizza is usually ready when you walk in because it is freshly available in a container ready to go. The bread sticks with marinara sauce is excellent.

This place happens to be second of the worst of little Caesars pizza place in Houston I have ever been in. I waited for almost 20 minutes. Then I asked to get my money back with the thought of never to go there again

It is the day before thanksgiving at 9:07pm and they are turning people away for inside and only doing drive thru....I am very VERY disgusted at them when service can go a lot faster if they let people inside.
