Horrible experience went through the drive thru gave the cashier half of the money and the rest to put on my card and the cashier took my money and charged my card twice then asked me to drive around and wait for my pizza inside after 20 minutes of watching other customers take the exact pizza i ordered then they gave me mine after 20 minutes and i got and was asked to drive around and come inside when I got home my pizza was over cooked and the sausage was so stale and the cheese was burnt .. Tried calling them to get a refund and I have had no luck

Pizza is usually cooked well. One day very nice lady offered my boys packs of cookies....I didnt even know they had cookies with Caesar faces and pizza shapes....pretty cool. Service often slow inside and window. Especially pick up window. Ppl go to window to place full orders not just for hot and readys. SUGGESTION:Maybe the location should set it up that those ppl get out of line and park after order placed. Schedule someone to run order outside to keep things moving...like chick fila would do.

My wife and I were super excited when we moved near by this location and noticed they have a drive through pick-up window. Sadly the excitement was short lived, after giving this location 3 chances in terms of the drive through I give when a big thumbs down, it takes on average 20 minutes to get to the window and leave with a pizza, every time we finally get to the window the employees have told us now at 3 separate occasions that they have to cook more pizza which takes 7-10 minutes.

They are slow. Never have anything "hot and ready." Never answer their phone! Im a teacher Who works in the area and I am telling you employees like this will be running rampant in the next few years because students are not learning how to communicate properly or understand the value of superior customer service. They do not get life skills from their parents, or the managers that run the establishments in the area.

Ive eaten here about three times each month for the past six months. There have been hiccups in the drive through, usually around dinner time (especially because the lot isnt designed for them to have a drive-thru). The employees are hit or miss, but on balance theyre good. Young and learning. I think if the managers/owners got a little more hands-on during the rush times theyd get over that hump.

Such a horrible wait time, in line for literally 40 minutes no exaggeration, the customer service is aweful, not even a sorry for the wait time, takes them 10 minutes to come to the window just to tell you to wait another 10 minutes, the pizza is sloppy , need completely new staff, dont feel sorry for them losing their job they clearly arent trying to keep. Worst little ceasers location ever

Im not really sure about the bad reviews on this place. Ive eaten here several times and had nothing but good pizza from there. Yes, the time you have to wait is a bit off, but with the flow of people coming and going, they do a very decent job of keeping up with the pace. The staff has always been friendly and usually honest about wait times. The inside of the store is usually kept up with.

I called them to place an order for 5 pizzas. They told me to call back they were busy. I ended up calling them back within 5 min to place my order again. They finally placed it and told me it will be finished within 10-15 minutes. I come to the people placeand it was empty.

I called in an order at 1:57 pm, and arrived on location within 10 min and was told my order was sold. Who ever is in charge need to be present during business hours. This place sucks! New management needed. 1 star because I dont have the option to give any less

How do you make pizza greasy? This is the worst Ive ever had and I go to little Caesars at least 4 times a month. They are slow, nothing is hot and ready, for 6 people to be in there its no reason to wait 20 for a pizza and breadsticks. Do better.
