Been buying pizza here for about a year. About a week ago I ordered a large thin crust pizza and got home and found it wasnt thin crust. Then tonight I call and get told to wait on the phone. I hear about of banging and other loud sounds and then they just hang up. I call back to ask what happened and the guy says he dont know what I was talking about. He just wants to take my order. I asked to speak to someone else. Other guys comes on the phone and I tell him I have issues with there service and my last order was wrong. It seems like they are having a big language barrier with a guy taking orders not speak English very well. So the guy who is the manager Im guessing says are you going to order or are you going to complain.. What the heck ? I said yes I am complaining about your service used to be great and now its not so great. The guy immediately hung up. I called back and very strongly voiced my opinion and said I will never buy pizza from him again. People you can buy pizza at Krogers that taste just as good. I only buy from them for convenience.... Good Bye Brooklyn Pizzeria and best of luck to those who wish to do business with them.

I am from NYC and grew up eating NY pizza my WHOLE life. Everything from Mamas Pizza on 199th and Bedford Park Blvd in The Bronx, to Louie and Ernies on Crosby Ave, in The Bronx, Rays Pizza in NYC to Smileys in Park Slope, Brooklyn. There is nothing that beats a true NY slice. However, Brooklyns Pizza in Humble, TX does a pretty darn good job coming close to NY pizza even though they are more than 1600 miles away. Another great thing about Brooklyn Pizza is their level of integrity. They made a mistake with billing my credit card for a substantial amount higher then what it should have been and caught and corrected the mistake themselves after calling my bank direct in order to do so. That goes a long way in my line of work as an owner of a private investigation and personal protection/bodyguard agency in Houston, TX. Good food, great customer service and a high level of integrity. My Yankee hat is off to you Eli. Thank you.-Jay Abiona CEO of Credible Security Solutions

One of the best places Ive come across for good pizza. Ordered a plain pie and it was delicious. Thin crust, piping hot, plenty of cheese, and maybe a little less sauce than I like. Also ordered baked ziti & cheese ravioli dinners. The baked ziti: Like the plain cheese pizza, I think there was too much; specifically, ricotta. The sauce was lost in all of the cheeses and we didnt care for it too much. The ziti itself was a little overcooked instead of al dente. Id pass on this dish if youre looking for an awesome baked ziti. The cheese ravioli: Came with 3 very large ravioli smothered in sauce & mozzarella. The sauce was much better in this dish compared to the baked ziti. The ravioli was cooked perfect, not mushy & falling apart. The amount of mozzarella on top of the dish hid the ravioli. The only critique would be to cut back on the mozzarella on top. Otherwise, a great dish. Overall, well definitely be back for the pizza.

I believe in patronizing small buisnesses IF they are worth it. It was a good restaurant that is in fast decline. I used to spend sometimes about $40 worth of food here twice a week. For a moment they had pride on how well they prepared their food and timely deliveries. After lacking quality and timely mannered deliveries I decided to visit in person with hopes of the same service I craved for. I left with a bad taste as it was clear that they have no interest in repeat customers since greeting you with a smile was hard work and watching football takes priority over customers satisfaction. With so many cheap options like Pizzahut, Papa Johns, Dominoes and Little Caesars is sure to be losing more and more influx. People pay higher prices for better quality and an experience, I got none.

This is totally what I call a "Northside Gem".. Its located in Humble and was just what we needed. We get so sick of ordering pizza from the typical chains, because everything tastes the same. Not a Brooklyn! This family owned pizza joint serves up huge slices and isnt as greasy as your typical chain pizza. The staff is super nice and they have great service. The pizza is cheaper and made with fresh ingredients. We visited on a Saturday night and were surprised with all the guests that were having their dinner in the restaurant. We ordered "the Brooklyn" their signature pizza. We didnt even think twice, when the owner recommended it we took it! It was sooo good with tons of meat and cheese. I suggest you try that. Great prices, great parking, great location. We will be back!

This place has so much potential. I wouldnt forgive myself if I didnt offer some constructive criticism. The wings should be taken out of the fryer about a minute sooner. They were way overcooked. When our Brooklyn Special came to the table, it looked amazing. I was so excited until I took my first bite. It was disappointingly bland. I promise that if you season the dough with a bit more salt as well as spice/season up your sauce a bit, youll have a pizza pie that will be hard to beat. Other than that, the crust was cooked perfectly - crunchy yet chewy, but just so bland. The toppings were also fresh and plentiful. Just season, please, and well definitely spread the word and bring you lots more business!

I just ordered delivery and I am not pleased. My philly cheesestake seems to be on semi-stale bread, my side salad (pepperoni, tomato, black olives) has 1 pepperoni and 1 piece of tomato, and my calzone is doughy. Plus, one of the items I ordered online wasnt delivered. When I called the store the manager about my partial order, he said it was sold out. It would have been nice to know I wouldnt receive part of my order so I could have chosen something else, but the website (which, according to the manager, has never given them an issue) failed to let me know it was sold out. The only reason Ive given 2 stars is because Ive ordered pizza in the past and it was good.

OMG. What more can I say. Best pizza ever and not expencive at all. Being from the north east I hadent had a good pizza in some time but that time is over. 18" meatlovers that is less then you would pay at pizza hut was so big it took r people to finish it off. The pizza came out hot and smelt great. Befor we left the person behind the counter asked how it was in a way the sounded not pre rehersed. It felt like a great family run busniess that I will drive the 20 minuets out of my way if I want some good pizza. The buffalo wongs are amazing by the way. And they have enough kick for me. Great food great price great service. Would give 6 stars if I could.

The staff was friendly. Thats the best I can say. Having lived in the northeast, I know good, quality, New York style pizza. Do yourself a favor and keep driving because you wont find any of that here. If youre a fan of frozen pizzas, youll be happy to know that even those are better. The sauce, or lack thereof, was as flavorful as a mouthful of air. No self respecting Italian would dare serve a bad sauce to their enemys dog. The pie was undercooked, cheese barely melted, veggies raw, yet it was served proudly. On the bright side...wait, there isnt one. You would get a tastier meal from the dumpster of the sandwich shop next door.
