If you plan on going here, make sure you set aside an extra 30 minutes out of your day. It took me 25 minutes from the time I got in the drive thru to get my food. Then, once I got to the window, they said that it will be another 13 minutes because they were making everything fresh. I said, "Well, Ive been sitting in line for 25 minutes and now you want to tell me another 13 minutes. You are completely wasting my time." So, all of sudden she was able to get the food ready. Well, I got home and opened my food to find what is clearly the leftovers. Halfway burnt and like no chicken at all for both entrees. This place is terrible.

Ive always loved Panda Express. I was excited when I heard we were getting one closer to my house. But after going to this location in Kingwood, I have been let down. I stood in line waiting to get general tsos chicken. When it was finally my turn at the counter, they took the last bit of tsos away and said they werent making anymore today. Disheartened, I looked at the other options. They only had 3 entrees to pick from out of their 13 or so menu items. I decided i would eat somewhere else after rudely being ignored when i asked questions about why they were not making anymore. Thank you Panda Express for shitty service.

Burnt food always and very poor customer service. I work in the area and I wanted to give this place a chance to get their act together but unfortunately they dont want to. They never have food ready and always have you waiting for at least 15 minutes. Its been times that they make you wait and they forget that you are waiting and start to serve other customers and make it seem like its your fault for not paying attention. As busy as this area is, you would think that food would constantly cooking but nope. As high as the prices are here, you would expect a better experience.

This is absolutely the slowest Panda Express I have ever been to. There is nothing express about it. We just pulled into the drive thru at 8:30 & did not get to order box until 8:50 & then when we got there they did not have any food ready. The manager was rude and would not acknowledge when I got to window. I wanted a number to call and complain. I live in the area and eat here maybe once a week... Sometimes more! But after tonight, I will NEVER eat there again. Ridiculous.

The staff do not know their arse from their elbow! In addition to a long queue and service taking forever; Trey told us that it would "cheaper" to get a medium portion of an entree itself, compared to a bowl. We were charged over 7bucks for it even after we pointed it out and questioned it with Halle. We had waited a long time so took our food anyway and paid regardless. But we wont bother returning. Poor service and pricing is a joke.

We really were sold on the concept of this chain. It looked great, food looked great. Then when it finally opened we went to eat there. Like i said food smelled, tasted and looked good and fresh. Then came the after effects! All three of us were sick. I mean full on sick. Not sure what happened, but we have not gone back there ever again.

I like this Panda Express locations. The inside is always nice and clean. The food always looks fresh and very appetizing. I like the drive through less than going into the restaurant. You cant always see what is being offered on the inside and therefore ordering can be complex.

Went through drive through and they were out of string bean chicken breast. Then I ordered something else and they had to cook it. I had to pull around while it was cooking. They took too long so I went inside and they forgot about it and had to cook it again.

Horrible location. They are SLOW as molasses and the food is cold. Today we ordered beef and broccoli with mixed vegetables. What did I get? Mixed vegetables and broccoli. No beef? Wheres the beef? I have officially had my last visit to this establishment.

The chow mein was good, but the orange chicken, beijing beef, and general tso was chewy, tough, and had a grainy texture. Not coming back. Also, we asked for chopped sticks and got one fork. There were clearly 4 of us in the car.

We waited in the to-go line for 30 mintes & there were only 4 cars in the line. Do not go get if you are in a hurry. Food is ok but not worth waiting as long as you would@ a sit down restaurant. Horrible Horrible service

Been in the drive thru for about 30-40minutes now and the reason why is because the drive thru person is taking one order at a time and waiting for that person to leave till they take the next drive thru order.
