I had never been to the restaurant, but found a menu left on my windshield. I love Asian food and I was intrigued by how large the selection of menu items they offered. I stopped by the restaurant for some take out. I ordered Thai Shrimp and Chicken (with sauteed string beans) off of their pricier "chef specialties" section of the menu. When I got home, initially, I was taken back by the size of the to-go container--it was pretty small. Then I realized that 80% of the container was brimming with green beans. There were 4 strips of flattened chicken and 5 shrimp. I called the restaurant and told them that for $10, I would have expected to get more protein than what they served and "suggested" that they either change their menu to read, "green beans with shrimp/chicken" or actually change the ratio of meat/vegetables. Also, there was nothing "thai" about the goopy sauce the food was bathed in. It had no heat whatsoever. It was more of a brown sweet and sour type sauce. My son ordered the chicken fried rice and it was palatable. They seem to have a lot of take-out business as there was a steady stream of broccoli/beef and pepper steak orders coming in. Im glad that they have business, because they wont be getting any more of mine.

EXTRA RUDE STAFF AND I WILL NEVER EAT THERE EVER AGAIN. Im sure the food will be good as I havent received it as of yet. But as of far as customer service, you need to get it together. If you didnt want to work at a Chinese Restaurant, sorry not any customers problem. But to be a smart ass on the phone when someones placing an order thinking you got a loyal customer, you got another thing coming. Shouldve gotten the smart ass ladies name on the phone. Barely understood what you were asking before you accent is strong. Which is fine. But you show some respect. Get the stick out of your ass before you answer the phone. Good luck with the next customers that decide to victimize themselves to your restaurant.

Place order for delivery. Delivery showed up during timeframe communicated. Driver was courteous. Thats about all the good things. First thing I noticed was that the order was wrong. I ordered a side of steam broccoli, which wasnt sent. They actually added broccoli to my wifes dish, which was wrong. Asked for chicken and greenbeans . I got chicken,shrimp,beef with green beans and broccoli swimming in sauce. I ordered orange chicken. Lots of breading, swimming in sauce,no orange flavor. Egg rolls average. Wonton soup awful. Tasted old and funny. Didnt eat it. Crab puffs super thin, and blah. Overall not ordering again. Trying to get taste out of my mouth. Scared to try fried rice. Wife eating hers later.

Dont hardly give reviews but this is for anybody in the area that is looking for this type of food (since we tried the new Panda Express as well ).Our delivery arrived within the time they gave us and they were nice, the amount of food they gave us in the containers was impressive since most tend to hold back when they "deliver" and the food was hot and tasted great. Recommend egg rolls they are huge and dont taste greasy and stale like other places. Only thing is that you will need to ask for hot sauce/Sriracha sauce otherwise they wont include it.

Best Chinese food in the area. I cannot find Wonton soup that compares. The General Tsos chicken is good. I usually get the Shrimp with Mixed vegetable. It comes with Soup, fried or white rice, egg roll and your main course. You get a good portion for the price. If you like junk and cheap chinese with no flavor and you are going to feed a lot of people you will never see again, go to Nee Hao. The Lo-main is tasty and the noodles are al dente.

I like the Garlic Wings with Shrimp Fried Rice today I believe was my last day going to this restaurant because the owner was standing in the parking lot telling me if I was going to Mexican restaurant to park far away I told him I was going to China Star freaking idiot. The lady at register didnt want to give me any more soy sauce she said its in the bag I said I want more. THE Egg roll was the size of my pinky finger. Bad customer service

For only having 11 tables how do they not have enough sauces and you have to share. The waitress told us and every table loudly the reason it takes them some long and why every table would get one plate then have to waitfor the next. The even forgot what I ordered and by the time I got my dumplings they was left out and cold then my actual order came out. In other words just go th née haos like 5 minutes down the beltway

The lady who answers the phone got our order wrong, we had them deliver to our house, when we called to let her know it was wrong she was so rude and let me know that I was wrong! Ive been going here for two years, you dont treat customers like that. Maybe shes PMSing or something but my family and friends will never go back!!

Service was fast and the egg rolls and crab were good. The shrimp tasted old and the bourbon chicken was horrible. Tasted like either the sauce or the chicken or both was old. Think theres new staff. And my sweeties cookie had no fortune. And they made us pay for my meal I did not eat. Will not come back.

It was so horrible i hated nasty and the lady was rude and didnt understand me or my family at all we order something and she gave us another thing and the place was dirty and the napkins smelled nasty and she was telling us to live and she didnt like that my baby cousin touching

We are here on business from Louisiana, we saw the signs for this restaurant and stopped to try it. Glad we did. The prices are very good. What we pay for lunch in our local restaurant is more than we paid for dinner here. We had left overs too! Will go back again!!! Very happy!

Service is fast, but food is not good!! Szechuan beef has no flavor and General Tsos chicken is not fresh, very soggy. wont be going back here. I called to let them know and they said I can bring the food back and theyll make more for me. No thank you!! Yuk!!

I see some of the reviews on here and I have been going here since they first opened and have not had a problem with them. There food may be bland because everyone cant handle all that seasoning, season your own Damn food.

The chicken always has so much sauce that it is soggy. The egg rolls are mostly tasteless cabbage. I have given this place three chances. 2 out of 3 times it was not that great. I dont think I will go back.

Reliable Chinese food. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. My go to chinese food in Houston. Only downside is sometimes the hot and sour soup isnt fresh.
