It has been over a year since we have been to this location. A year ago we had such a great experience. This time, not so much. Food: The food was good. I am familiar with the process and love the seasoning and sauces. It was a good meal. Service: This is where the experienced sucked. We came in and seated right away. Our server, who apparently was back behind the bar came over. She she told us her name and made a little small talk about the boys wearing soccer uniforms. All fine... then she took our order. Four of us so we were ordering 4 drinks and pot stickers. She difficulty remembering it before leaving our table and we had to remind her, but she never thought to write it. So then we went to make our food. As we sit down, the server brings three of our drinks and ask what the 4th one was. She then turns to go get it. After we are sitting for about 10 minutes my bowl comes out the the two boys. 5 to 7 minutes later my wifes meal comes out. Not ideal, but whatever. Our potstickers have not come and no one has come to ask if we are good. So , we figure we wont get potstickers but we wont pay for them. All even Stevens. When we are almost done with our meals, another gentleman comes and ask how everything is. We asked about the potstickers and he asked. Turns out, they were never put in. Glasses have been empty for about 7 min. Nobody asked about refills. They tell us they are gonna put the order for pot stickers in. I tell him I really dont want any, because we are already done with her meals and not really hungry for them. They insist and tell us that theyre not gonna charge us. OK. Then the waitress comes and says she apologizes and that there will be no charge for the potstickers. OK. We still dont have drinks. Right when youre ready to leave the waitress tells us that she is not going to charge us for the potstickers again, and not charge us for the two boys that ate. Well, Im not one to look for free stuff. I am happy to pay for what I eat, but she was insistent upon that as if getting free stuff makes the bad service worth it. I dont come into a restaurant for free stuff I come in for food and service and willing to pay for that food and quality service. Free stuff does not negate bad service. With that business model they will be out of business soon. Correct your business practices and meet the customers with quality service.

Last night Sat Jun 24 2017 , was mine and my wifes 2nd trip to this resturaunt our first time bout 3 months ago was excellent food and service was awesome , last night not so much , food choices drinks and service was still good , our waitress was a lil slow but thats not too big of a deal for me, but food now thats where it got horrible for me and my wife , i dont like leaving bad reviews but i like the place so hopefully leaving this there will be a correctionto the problem. Both our entrees were way way over cook and to be blunt , it was horrible the cook burnt everything even the fried rice & egg , & the meat everything was black charred to the point u cudnt even taste the seasoning all u cud taste was charr , i looked at others food at nearby tables after ours and theres all looked the same , we ate best we could but it was getting close to closing time n didnt want to have to go thru the process of food choice again n wait so we ate what we could n paid for the "meal" and just left n went to mcdonalds . Im sorry for being blunt but #1 it was first night ive had off in a while n looked forward to eating there and drove from north side of cleveland to eat there , n #2 i hope management reads this and makes a change where needed or adds more training because my wife n i really enjoyed our first visit n would like to return if this problem is fixed, but our first visit again was awesome, thank you

I go here about once per 2 weeks. Building/Stacking my own bowls is always fun. Always get my bang for my buck. Its a bit messy in the line when theres a lot of people, and by no means its GGs fault, theres just too much people in line sometimes for them to clean up and some of the customers are just plain slobs trying to stack too much and letting everything fall onto the ground or into other containers. Of the like 30+ times Ive been here, Ive had about 2-3 bad experiences like veggies a bit under cook or new waiters. The general manager gave me a free bowl on one occasion that the food wasnt "well done" like i told them too and the new waiter forgot to come back and get us refills. Overall its a good place, if you are new, try to come in during non-peak hours.

I came inside the restaurant to place a to go order. Everything was fine until I got to the last step where they ask you what do you want to be added. I told the cook brown rice and spiral noodles. When they gave me my order the cook threw udon noodles instead of what I had ask. The waitress took it back to the cook and he started making faces. Like I was wrong he threw a bunch of oil in my food and started taking away the udon noodles he added the spiral noodles. When I got my to go order bad it was oily and it was not going to taste the same. I am sending my concerns to corporate this behavior from the cook is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Never had a problem since I started going a couple months ago. But the most recent visit left me very disappointed, after waiting 15-20 min after they served my brother his food, I asked about mine. Another 10 min and somehow it was already given away. I thought that was the point of having numbers assigned. But that wasnt the part that left me dissatisfied. Instead of comping me or offering me a coupon of some sort for a next visit (it was late and I didnt want to wait longer for them to cook up another plate), they just said ok, charged my brother and wished us a goodnight. And they also got my brother rice wrong. So 2/10 would recommend to a friend.

I just dropped in 30 minutes till close on a Tuesday to celebrate my birthday with our family friends and this place was fantastic. They could have blown us off, but they kept us happy and allowed us to stay an hour late! By the end of the night we were passing out birthday cake to the kitchen staff and everyone as a thank you. I am so glad we didnt go by everyone elses negative feedback on here because they really did make my day special. If you are looking for a positive and inviting place, with amazing food, this is the place! Thank you all for blowing us away instead of blowing us off, it was a great time and well see you again soon!
