I was very dissatisfied with the customer service at this joint. I was overlooked not once but twice. Thats not accurate she did not Overlook me. She chose to ignore me in favor of The Man Behind. And then again for the next Hispanic man that came in behind me. I had to literally insist on being served. It was more than apparent that she was racist. In addition when I called in the order the gentleman who took the order misinformed me and acted like he did not know what parmesan cheese was. So bothered he seemed that I said nevermind. It was at this point he decided he knew what it was. This was an overall terrible experience and Iwill seriously consider not returning. I do enjoy Pizza Hut. I do not enjoy bad manners.

La pizza es buena pero el servicio es pésimo además lleno de errores al hacer el pedido pides una cosa y recibes otra el servicio por teléfono es pésimo te dejan esperando en la línea creo que no es el personal suficiente para la demanda de ordenes que reciben por eso hay tantos errores o quizás sólo es la poca capacitación del personal o del manager

Placed an order today at 2:45, said it was going to be delivered at 3:16, waited 30 minutes after said time, because its a rainy day, and called to ask where my food was. They said it was on its way. Waited an hour after that and still no food, called to complain, and they kept me on hold for 15 minutes with no answer at all. It is now 7:30 and I called AGAIN to complain, and started telling the girl who answered the phone my situation, and she HUNG UP the phone on me. So done with these people and this place.

I called in my order at 8:50pm was told 60min 10:15pm I called again they said it was out on delivery 11:40pm I called again turned out the order never left the store!! Horrible experience horrible customer service I wouldnt order from this location or recommend it to anyone!!

I called at 1040 and Ashley said the lobby closed at 1030 and her driver who was out on delivery had to be back at the store by 11. I was in the parking lot and she refused to make me anything because they had already shut every thing down. However the pizza Hut closes at 11

WARNING THIS PLACE TAKES TO LONG FOR DELIVERIES!!!!!!!! ONLINE ORDERS WITH CREDIT CARDS ARE BAD BCUZ WHEN YOU CALL STORE TO CANCEL ORDER THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. PLACED ORDER AT 11:30 DELIVERY 1:07 THAT TOO LONG. DOMINOS ON BELTWAY 8 IS WAY FASTER!!!!!!

We use them for delivery (order online) and they have always been faster than their estimated time of arrival, the food is always consisted, and, so far, the orders have always arrived hot and without mistake. Course we tip well... ;)

Awfull I ordered my food at 810 received it at 920 incomplete order and what I got was cold I live 3 mins away literally and when I called to fix I was told I would pay for reorder. Then argumentative about the wholething nasty.

I always get my order right and at the time they said itll be ready. Had very minor problems that were quickly solved. I recommend that people use the app or the website, itll be easier than calling. Thanks for good service.

There is a better Pizza Hut you can order from that doesnt screw up your orders allot like this place. Also doesnt skimp on toppings or forget stuff that is supposed to be on every pizza. Just say no to this location.
