Rude manager and incompetent drivers. They couldnt find an address a quarter of a mile from their location. Well, after 2 hours and five phone calls to their call center they did eventually deliver cold pizza. Dont get me started on the quality of the pizza either. My dogs walked away from it when I put it on the floor for them. Its amazing this place even exists. Im still waiting an hour later for the replacement pizzas. 0 stars. **UPDATE** I am not getting replacement pizzas because the store manager stated that I called the call center under a different name. Like I needed to confuse these people further. I have also been charged on my card for this uneaten pizza. Unbelievable. Will follow up with corporate tomorrow as it is after 10pm now. Initial order placed at 7pm.

Just placed a delivery order about an hour and a half ago for two orders of wings and two orders of fries. It took over an hour for them to be delivered to an address that is less than 10 minutes down the road, the driver couldnt find the address(had to call me twice), didnt bring either order of the fries(I noticed there were only 2 containers, he told me each container had wings and fries in them)and then came back a few minutes later with ONE order of fries that he had forgotten in his car. Not happy with the service and will not be ordering again seeing as how weve had other issues in the past.

Pizza was burnt and very little cheese. Asked for another and they were very rude and told me they were following company guidelines and the Second Would be the same and it was just as bad. This Crosby location is the only bad one ive been too. Take extra time and go to Wallisville or Sheldon. This location is horribly ran and the employees were all rude.

About 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 LG pizzas and an order of buffalo wing, I told the lady that took my order that I want the wings extra hot, they took almost two hours to make the delivery and it was everything cold as hell, the pizza all chewy, the wings cold and wrong they gave me mild instead the extra hot wings....000000

I placed my order at 10:03 delivery time was 10:37, it is now 11:47 still no pizza and they have me on hold they close at 12. This wad my second call the first was 40 mins earlier and they told me a supervisor would call me and take care of any issues havent heard a thing. I do not recommend it! !!

My orders usually dont come like this so it mustve been the staff on this day(August 5th) at around 2-3 PM. My bread sticks came burned, as did some of my pizza, and I ordered the buttery-garlic flavor for my crust. It was not buttery, nor garlicy.

Highly incompetent. Rude manager who acts as if calling for the pizza ordered is a huge burden. Drivers who dont make any real attempts to alert the houses. Extremely stingy with the cheese and sauces. Its a wonder how this place even exists.

This location is not sit down, but close to home. Pizza Hut as a whole has slacked on their ingredients they put on your pizza. I love the taste, but I am looking for a new pizza place.
