This has to be the worst Drive thru Ive ever been to. The first time I pulled up to order I was told "Just letting you know If you want anything its going to take 20 minutes". Ok, no big deal theyre having problems so I leave. A few weeks later I try the same drive thru. As I pull up to the speaker the first thing I hear is "Youre just gonna have to wait a while" I wont be going back.

This place was great. Yes it is fast food but when you get to the location the crew is very welcoming and have great attitudes. Food is great as well and services provided has been the best so far from any fast food in Pasadena area. Alot of fast food places only worry about speed and never about the customer service. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!!!

Chicken was hard and rubbery. The curly fries had lettuce in them besides the usual few regular fries and was less than fresh. There was obviously no attention paid to preparing this.

order a 29 $4.79 i was charged almost $7 when i asked the order taker to correct she went down to $6.16 she says very rudely: thats why i asked you what you wanted to drink.

Awesome service, this boy Jonatan was extremly quick and attentive, and he even offered the special that was going on. It was different from other jack in the boxes.
