My husband is working in the area and we have visited this location twice. My first trip there I ordered egg rolls and they were out so got tacos instead then asked for DR Pepper they were out so asked for Sprite and guess what they were out of that too. No big deal got my food and left but a couple days later my husband stops in for breakfast around 5am on the way to work and before he ordered they let him know he could not order from the grill because they were cleaning it. I cant believe they would be cleaning the grill at the opening of breakfast time when I am sure there are slow hours overnight. Havent been back since and I just go to Sonic down the street now.

Wow! We ordered a sandwich, egg roll, drinks and a shake they give us the drink and the shake so we waiting for the sandwich and the egg roll we wait for 20 minutes then we wonder where is our order some people come in and out they got there order but we still waiting for our order so we waiting long enough so we went asked wheres our order and guess what they said? Oh it dont show the order, we had the receipt and the order number. So unbelievable people working there is not paying attention at all this is the worse place I ever been. Never come back again!

I go here every once and awhile and generally they mess up my order but its nothing big.... but today I left with out even ordering they where obviously having issues but they were very rude like it was my fault I left the order box and waited so I could just go to sonic across the street and there was no reason they wouldnt take my order there was one person ahead of me that already ordered

I paid for the extra I asked for and didnt receive them on my sandwich. If theres one thing more irrating than someine not reading the damn order right its charging them outrageous amounts for extras and then still not putting them on when there asked for! Ive worked fast food, it is not that hard to read a damn order and get it right especially when your not even busy!

Absolutely the worst jack in the box dont go here if you want jack in the box that bad go to Baytown nothing like waiting in line for 30 mins for them to come on the speaker and say hold on then wait another 20 mins to be ignored ridiculous there were only 2 cars in the drive thru in front of us it was completely uncalled for

It is currently 43* degrees in Texas we dont get this weather often at all but it was so damn cold in there that I took my food to go I went out to my car and it was a lot warmer outside then it was inside the restaurant. This is on 12/19/16. The poor employees are all bundled up trying to do there job while they freezing.

I would rate a 0 but not an option I live close by and am forced by convenience to go there sometimes never fails they mess up every order on top of the fact that if you dont check your burgers they wont put meat in it at all no joke got home with three burgers no meat on any of them just cheese mayo and ketchup wow

This was an exemplar restaurant while it was a corporate store, but was sold to foreign investors in 2010, and has been filthy and substandard ever since. Middle-Eastern owners reflect their apathy, greed and filthy culture. Stay away !

Food is not done well and the inside is always dirty. It used to did not be like this, maybe it is management I am not sure but I will drive to Crosby if I want Jack in the Box food.
