The ice cream was subpar - not completely frozen and icy (I ordered the yogurt this time) and my overall experience was not good! While the attendant who made my ice cream was courteous, the young man in the cashier was giving me a little attitude! Maybe because I did not hear him while my 2 year old was being impatient. Still, no reason not be accommodating - as they are in the customer service business, and I am coming to the store to buy ice cream during a winter-monday afternoon! As I tried to give the ice cream to my kid and to pay attention to him, it felt on the floor (not completely). He offered to replace it, but not without giving me a disgusting face... I refused his offer and left! Employees are responsible to maintain a good atmosphere!

The first Subzero I went to was on Louetta Rd, it was far, but the ice cream was very much worth it. I found this closer location.. but sadly costumer service and managment needs improvement. One time I went around 6pm, there was a sign on the door stating they had run out of liquid nitrogen... The 2nd time I arrived at 9:45... 15 minutes until closing time... But IT WAS CLOSED! the worker informed me they had run out of spoons...really? not to mention there is always a line, and the crew is considerably slower than in other locations.

Expensive, It takes an hour line to place my order, then they twist the cups with other client, that tastes my ice cream coupled of times and found were not her flavors. Then the attendant wanted me to get the same Ice cream she just taste. Obviously I asked for a new one, the attendant got mad, and then he charge me almost $7 dollars for a small cup that should be $5.50.

The line was to long for a simple small ice cream, not to mention one of the employees was to busy staring at the TV instead of making the orders. How about focusing on the orders so everyone can go home? Plus the ice cream was already melting by the time it was handed to me. My first time coming here and my last.

I ordered the frozen yogurt expecting it to have a smooth creamy consistency like usual, but it was crumbly and inedible. If they cant make it to where its creamy like its supposed to be, they shouldnt serve it. My family got non lactose and regular ice cream and they didnt have an issue with consistency.

The kids really enjoyed watching it being made. The bad is that the teenage manager was allowing about 15 other teenagers (only 4 of which had bought any ic cream) to commune in the store. No family seating and non of them offered to let my children sit to eat. Wont be back here.

The ice cream is amazing! But the wait is not worth it! We literally waited over 45 min just to see what the buzz was about. The ice cream did not disappoint but there has to be a faster method to serve your customers.

So many flavors, so many add-ons to choose from. And they even have vegan ice cream. A pretty impressive fact is you get to watch them turn your liquid cream into a frozen treat in a matter of seconds using nitrogen.

This is a cool concept. I would not normally wait 30 minutes for ice-cream but this experience was certainly worth the wait. The staff was by no means moving slow. The long wait was due to its popularity.

The ambiance and ice cream is amazing. Since Im not the only one that thinks this there was a very long line. On a weekend expect to be waiting over 30-40 minutes for ice cream.
