Ordered a cake here for my baby shower and it was a complete disaster. First of all, the guy who took my order didnt seem to know what he was doing. I called twice throughout the week because of that and was assured that my cake would be ready on time. When I went to pick up the cake, I foolishly paid for it before getting to see it. After I paid, it was brought out and it wasnt decorated the way that I had initially requested. I had requested a rosette cake and was given a plain white cake with a blue border. I was then told that it would take 10 minutes to fix said error. 10 minutes turned into almost an hour and I was late to my own baby shower. When the Baker brought the cake out she rudely said, "Thats the best I can do on such short notice." When in fact, I ordered the cake a week in advance. The roses looked more like waves and the wording on the cake looked completely sloppy. I will not be ordering anymore cakes from this establishment.

An extremely ridiculous Baskin Robbins establishment. First time I went they had run out of brownies so I didnt continue with my normal purchase of brownie sundae. Two weeks later I decided to give it another shot, pulled up to the drive thru at 9:46 pm - they close at ten- and they tell me theyre closed. I said I thought they close at ten, and the girl goes that drive thru is closed but I can come in. So, Im like alright cool whatever Ill come in. I go in and ask for a brownie sundae with mint chocolate chip. They tell me theyre out of mint chocolate chip. What sort of Baskin Robbins runs out of mint chocolate chip?? the face of Baskin Robbins!! Go to the BR down louetta or something cuz this one sucks...

I keep coming back to this location... Thinking Ill have a better experience. It just keeps getting worse. I really hate writing bad reviews but this location needs some better leaders. Every time I come here the workers have no idea how to prepare anything. The lattes are half full.. The donuts are old.. and today i bought a brownie sundae that was stuffed into the childs scoop bowl, with a half of brownie for $7.57. This cant be right.. When i asked the little girl at the register about the price and size.. She was like "I dont know". CLEARLY.. nobody at this store knows. Guess Im going to have to buy 31 flavors and keep my freezer stocked because this is ridiculous. Geesh

Terrible service! Ordered a choc peanut butter layered sundae. The worker was clueless about how to make it. Then tried to make it but could not find the ingredients. Ordered a 1 scoop sundae and mentioned twice that I wanted a 1 scoop sundae was given one scoop in a cup instead. The next guy in line ordered something and his order was screwed up too. This is my second negative experience. They even ran out of sprinkles I just heard. Im never coming back here and PEOPLE SHOULD DRIVE TO THE NEXT BASKIN ROBBINS LOCATION AND AVOID THIS PLACE.

Been here multiple times and I think Ive just had my last. Walked in with 3 people working and two people ordering ice cream. After 10 minutes one asks if we have been helped yet and we say no. She proceeds to take one of our orders and takes her time to get our other ice cream cone. She ended up giving us a 2 scoop bowl when we asked for a layered sundae. We go to sit down and we hear all three workers talking about what leftover food they are going to take home that night. Super slow workers who seem too confused to scoop ice cream

Went by there today to get some ice cream for my kid. I order the ice cream with a waffle cone, they told me that the Waffle cone Machine was broken. Then I ordered it in a cup, then they told me that they were out of chocolate ice cream. Went there last week and it was the same thing. We are so glad that marble slab has opened up now, next time we are not wasting our time and going straight to marble slab. Deserve no stars!

Im not one to leave reviews. But Ive been to this place about 4 or 5 times now. This place has constantly gotten my order wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Youll order a Sunday and get a Cone... Ive gotten the wrong change back before by like $10 short.. staff isnt that friendly. I will never visit this location again. If possible, go to cold stone, or marble slab. 15 x better. Shoot, Krogers ice cream would be better than coming here.

She did not say hello or hi what can I get for you. She Just stood there looking at us. They took forever just to make a smoothie. We ordered it, she didnt make it, she went on to help the people behind us. I didnt have time to wait. Seems as though they serve the ones who want ice cream scoops only first because its easy for them to do since making a smoothie is more time and effort. So we left!

Horrible..... How do you not have waffle cones available at 7:00p.m. I thought they were freshly baked on the spot? Guess not. Seems like the establishment is ran by teenagers who dont have any care in the world, just there to collect a paycheck. Floors were disgusting and seats were worse. Will never be back.... Please take time and visit a different BR.
