I gave Le Peep a try due to the good reviews and Ive never been more disappointed. I honestly dont know how Le Peep is getting these good reviews but I expect it is some mix of bribery and insider reviewing. Times when visiting Le Peep would be appropriate: - Post apocalyptic future (as I expect that the powdered eggs will have outlasted the twinkies) - To reminisce on your time at camp or in a boarding school - To remind your children how good the food you cook at home really is Seriously, this breakfast was awful. I was feeling hungry so I ordered "The Hen Pen", some grapefruit juice and a "Texas Size Cinnamon Roll". The waitress was very pleasant and the food was delivered quickly. The cinnamon roll came out first. The cinnamon roll was large but bland and coated with a paste of confectioners sugar and water. The cinnamon roll was obviously not fresh and it had all the telltale signs of being microwaved right before she brought it to me (e.g., the bread portion was rubbery and quickly became a brick, the sugar/cinnamon filling was much hotter than the bread, etc.). I ate about 1/2 of it before I gave up on it. Next came the actual breakfast. I asked for scrambled eggs, an english muffin and it comes with homefries (I forget their name for the fried potatoes). No surprise that the potatoes were cold. The english muffin was standard fare and no complaints there. The eggs, however, were made from powdered eggs. Would it have been so hard to season and scramble a couple of real eggs guys? All that costed me about 13 bucks. This place left me longing for Dennys.

Le Peep appears to be Houstons own local version of an IHOP or an Egg & I... only worse. The food quality found here is similar to that of a 3 star hotel, edible. I ordered their fried chicken and waffle and found it to be one of the worst Ive had in a long time. Belgian waffles are only as good as their batter and Le Peep offers an air filled waffle with an extra coat of grease on the outside. The fried chicken tenders also left much to be desired, the batter literally fell off of the tenders much like the discount brand tenders you could get at a local grocer. You would think that that would irritate me, but in this case it only made the dish better as the batter was also overly greasy so I found I voluntarily brushed the outer batter off just to show my stomach some mercy from the onslaught of grease. Do yourselves a favor and look for another spot for breakfast.

Le Peep - Westchase is a gem! Fresh ingredients, quality food, and pleasing ambience. My fave is their chicken sandwich - crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. One of the best chicken sandwich Ive ever had. Their shrimp and grits is good but portion is small. Avocado toast is deliciously made with heirloom tomato and a perfectly fried egg, sunny side up. Their signature pancake is a must. The pancake portion is more like dessert. Love coming to Le Peep - Westchase for brunch.

Ive been to this location a few times already and it never seems to disappoint. I always get the chicken with eggs and potatoes and pancake (thats all in 1 meal and under $10) with choc. Milk which can be a little pricy ($3) but its super delicious!!! I love this location! It can get busy sometimes and so there may be a little wait.

Nothing spectacular. Food is very commercialised the reason I gave 2 stars was customer service was pretty good, our server Tammy attended us well and was very nice and explained the menu. I prefer IHOP over Le Peep, food was over priced very over priced for the quality. To thumbs down

Mediocre brunch and service. There are other, better brunch spots in the area with half the wait. Biscuits and Gravy tasted like flour, hollandise was broken and too lemony, potatoes had clearly been in hot holding too long. Service was hurried and frantic. Think turn and burn.

Good quality ingregients used you can tell...or at least better than the standard places like MeHOP and the culturally insensitve stops like Dennys, Crackers of Barrell and such. Back to the food, clean tasting, delicious served with courtesy and cleanliness. Would return.

Clean and pleasant dining experience. This place struck me as a fancy-ish IHOP with a better menu. We had one of the breakfast skillets and waffles. The waffles were outstanding. The skillet was not terrible but didnt blow me away. Service here was excellent.

Excellent service. The waiting staff was very friendly. Very delicious food. The eggs benedict florentine were some of the best Ive ever had. A bit on the expensive side but totally worth it. Will definitely be back soon.

The food is delicious, try the skillets. The customer service is good (even if they mess something up, which is rare, they apologize and fix it right away). And the coffee is good too!! I love Le Peep.

Today was our first time visiting and well be sure to go back. Possibly the best breakfast weve ever had. Their strawberry fields waffle is to die for and the service was exceptional.

Best waffles and omelettes in town. Waffles is so damn crispy like a funnel cake. Owwww! And I get the three cheese omelette with the ham diced up in it like a real boss playa

I always mix & match The Roost with a French Toast or Waffle order, and share everything with my husband. We go there when we want to just feel happy. Their food is amazing.

Food was good. I honestly wanted waffles with eggs and bacon but you have to purchase each item individually. Their prices are high for it not to be a combo.

Perfect place to have brunch. The food was great, and I loved that they have a section for people who stay on the fit side. Very nice, welcoming staff.
