What I saw on Facebook "Woodlands Area Foodies" Lots of un happy people commented after this post. Also discussions about reporting to EEOC as the establishment takes the cash from the tip jar. I suggest this organization get their customer and employee service in gear. **small rant alert** My daughter has been an employee at Dunkin Donuts off 242 since day one. Through her time there, I have been a loyal customer, usually getting either a hot or iced coffee daily. Im there so much, most of the staff have my order memorized. Yesterday, I went in for my usual iced coffee and I was told that they were out of the flavored syrup that I usually get, so I tried a different one. Unfortunately, it had a horrid, rancid after taste and I was already in route to Houston, so I couldnt turn around to exchange it. Today, I went there to exchange the drink for what I usually get, letting the shift leader Josh know what happened. To my surprise, instead of being courteous and replacing the drink, I was told that I need to pay full price for a new one. The reason...because my daughter works there. My issue wasnt paying for the drink, I do that everyday anyway. Im old school and believe 100% in the principle of things. What ever happened to 100% customer satisfaction? Ive worked in restaurants most of my life, from server to manager to owner. Even in cases where the guest was clearly in the wrong, we still made it right. Is it worth losing a valued customer over a coffee that may cost you 10 cents to fill? What I find amusing in all of this is that the other shift leader was telling Josh that they agreed that the drink was a mess up and should be replaced, yet to no avail, I paid for the new one. On another note, I learned a while back that the employees dont get to keep their tips at DD. It goes in to the register for the drawer. I went to leave money in there the other day and my daughter said "dont bother, it doesnt go to us anyway." smh.

My wife and 2 small children visited this store and ordered 2 coffees, 2 donuts, and a 10 munchkin assortment in the drive thru . When we opened the bag all the donuts and munhkins were placed together and smashed on the bottom of the bag, 1 of the 2 donuts was the wrong type, there was only 9 munchkins and they were all glazed munchkins. There was no receipt in the bag and no napkins. The assortment was so disrespectful, unprofessional, and inappropriate we were shocked and very upset. After finding this, we felt so ripped off I actually turned around from the highway to return to the store and share the experience! I spoke to the manager present and showed her the bag we were handed and the wrong donuts, missing donuts, that were all glazed and not a variety. She was understanding. ME and wife were so appalled by the experience, we felt it was done on purpose for some reason to upset our family. The manager told us the name of the drive thru person Brandon Giard, and gave information to contact boss Shyan Patel. We tried speaking to the boss due this being the worst experience we have ever had at a store. The boss Shyan Patel also never returned our call. Customers should steer very clear from this location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! Went in Sunday night ordered a banana split and the young smaller girl helping us unfortunately had a attitude they were out of bananas. I than decided to go with a 3 scoop sundae which she made horribly and just put the cup on top of the counter with dripping fudge and whip cream all over the sides the icecream looked as if it had already been eaten. My husband ordered a reeses sundae and she didnt even know how to make it so she just walked off and started helping another customer while we stood there like dummies! The other lady working there seemed to be the only one who knew how to make anything since i heard her tell her how. She than brought that over half ass done as well. I had to ask the one that seemed to know how to do her job if she could clean up my sundae cup I heard her ask the dumb one that made ours if she did that and all she could reply back with was "Yea it just fell apart on me!" and laughed. It took everything in me not yell for the horrible service no spoons out of everything, had to warn them that the water was about to spell over the counter because it was left on. Last time we ever go to this location! 5/8/2016

I CAME IN 12/9/2016 AT THE LOCATION ON 242 AND 45 IN THE WOODLANDS. FOR ONE, THE CREW WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE NOT EVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PERSONEL. THIS IS MY 2ND TIME THIS WEEK I COME IN AND SOMETHING GOES WRONG. ON MY FIRST VISIT THEY GAVE ME MY WRONG SANDWICH AND LUCKILY I CAUGHT IT BEFORE LEAVING THE PARKING LOT. I HAD TO GET OUT MY CAR AND GO INSIDE TO EXCHANGE WRONG SANDWICH. NO BIG DEAL MISTAKES HAPPEN. THE CREW WAS THE PROBLEM YOU GUYS HAVE THE RUDEST YOUNG LADIES EMPLOYED THERE. 2ND PROBLEM WAS THIS MORNING WHEN YOU GUYS WERE OUT OF EGGS. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU RUN OUT OF EGG. AGAIN NO BIG DEAL. THEN I ASKED FOR A BOSTON CREAM CROISSANT DONUT-AGAIN YOU GUYS WERE OUT. AT THAT POINT I WAS AGGRAVATED BUT UNDERSTOOD AND LEFT IT ALONE. THESE LADIES AT DRIVE THROUGH ARE SO RUDE. NO GOOD MORNING NO HAVE A NICE DAY NO THANK YOU OR ANYTHING, ONLY MY BAG WAS HANDED AND THAT WAS THE END OF IT. I ORDERED A DUNKACINNO AND WAS ONLY HALF FULL???? I DIDNT WASTE MY TIME RETURNING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WAY DOWN THE DRAIN.

Worst Dunkin donuts ever. Half the time Ive been there, they make you wait, even if youre just getting a hot coffee. Ive twice been asked to "pull ahead" or pull over to wait for a freaking cup of coffee. Second, youre lucky if your order is correct when you go here, and again, its not rocket science. One time I got the wrong order after going through the drive through, then parked and came back in to get the right items. The manager told the guy in the window who loudly said "thats not what they said", I guess not knowing I was standing right there. But by far, the worst thing about this Dunkin is theyre constantly out of everything. I mean old fashioned donuts, coffee syrup, tortillas, you name it. Again, half the time we come here theyre out of something. They cant manage inventory at all. I mean who runs out of half your donuts by 7am? Or has breakfast sandwiches on the menu but no meat or tortillas or croissants? Awful place, done trying.

Very bad first impression. St first happy to see 31 flavors near by. Stopped in for three cones. There were hardly any flavors of ice cream out. Over half the spots were empty. Out of the ice cream to choose from approximately, maybe less than half the flavors had enough for a cone. The reason given was its Tuesday. We get our shipment on Tuesday and we have to clean then counters freezer. They offered us two quarts for 7 Dollars. .............. Not why we came in. Asked for manager and was told there wasnt one only a shift leader. That means she is acting manager and should of come talked to me. (Training in leadership opportunity.) Not a good way to run a business. Hope they stop worrying about their convenience and start making sure they have inventory out for sale.
