This has to be the WORST Asian place Ive ever been to. The customer service was horrific and the owner or manager DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. As soon as we walked in the place and sat down we were asked if we wanted to order "to go instead", we were clearly sitting to dine in... *We should have left at this moment* The waitress was absolutely horrible, she did not check on me or my best friend at all after we ordered the food. I need up no liking the dish I order so I wanted to see if I can substitute it, however she never came to our table, EVEN AFTER I said "Excuse me". She walked passed us MULTIPLE times waiting on the table across the restaurant, not once cutting an eye at us or asking us if we needed any assistance or how we were doing *LIKE A WAITRESS IS SUPPOSED TO DO* My best friend had to get up and walk over to the register and even then she was no acknowledged, even though the waitress was standing right in front of her. What makes this so bad is that the owner or manager was sitting RIGHT NEXT TO US WATCHING ALL THIS HAPPEN, he never once said anything. When we were finally acknowledge we asked about trading the dish for something else, and were told it could not be done. This was the first time Ive ever been to any place and had service such as this. I ended up paying for something that was absolutely awful and smelled horrible to the point of gagging. The owner never once apologized or even acknowledge us. However the other table was treated with great care and full service. I will not be coming back here and will definItaly advised all friends and family memebers NEVER to give this place business. Usually Asian places have great customer service.. this one should not be allowed to claim the words Asian Cuisine AT ALL.

Heck no!! Please dont go! Me and my sister seen the reviews and thought lets give it a try we just moved over here to Eldridge. It wasnt busy so we just KNEW the food would be fresh. They gave us a plate of food (general tsos) it smelled kind of smoky but we thought maybe its their cooking technique...I dont know . when we got home and opened our plates the food was totally burnt! It looked and smelled like it was fried about Thousand times! Yuck! I will never trust this place again.

This place is AWESOME!!! My boyfriend loves the F6 - chargrilled beef with vermicelli noodles and eggroll with a special sauce. The homemade wonton soup is great to share. I havent had a dish I did not like. I have been eating here 3 years now and will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend checking this place out... you will return over and over again!

Digusting. Took forever, everything was bland, overcooked and the delivery driver had the nerve to have an attitude. Didnt hand me the food, just threw it on the ground and walked away even after giving him a tip! Save yourself the poor experience and eat somewhere with higher standards. Theyre dirty and prejudice.

Not as good as it used to be. Used to order here years ago. Food was full of flavor and rarely had an issue. Now its.. crap. Dumplings tasted like water. My meal was very salty and flavorless. I received half of what my grandmother did for a large meal. Her food was salty but at least edible. Disappointing.

Just moved to the neighborhood and I am so glad we found this place. The food are fresh and delicious, the staffs are polite and professional. Its a small cozy restaurant, you can came with your family, friends and co-workers for different occasions. Love their Sesame chicken and Beef with broccoli!

Have been ordering delivery from Five Spice for over a year now. I tried out a number of other local Asian food delivery spots and this one was the best. They have been consistently good every time. Their General Tsos chicken is like meat candy. Fast delivery too.

Love having their food for take out. High quality ingredients and good flavor for a nice price! They will even make food spicier on request. Even the plastic containers are so good you can reuse them for years elsewhere!

Worst food ever...Me and wife went to this place and we were really hungry probably would have eaten even mediocre food but could not finish the 1st spoon of food and paid >$20 anyway..

Basic but consistent Chinese food. Good prices maybe 2-3 $ cheaper than a buffet. Overall its good for a quick bite. Small shop.
