This does happen this past Sunday if I could give them a zero for the stars I would but unfortunately I cannot I have to give them the one I ordered orange chicken and the pepper steak with white steamed rice when I got my water it taste really fishy so I called and its right before they close so the wife said for me to call the next day because her husband wasnt there so I called the next day and they say hes off on a Thursday that I call he answers who is the owner his name is Tony I tell him what happened and hes literally fighting with me over the phone hangs up on me and told me that hes not gonna give me my money back because he wants to see the food I told him I had thrown the food away in the trash so I mean how did you want me to show him proof so he literally argue with me and said he was gonna give me my money back and I explained to him how I didnt eat the food he kept on saying that yes you ate my food which I didnt and so and this is the reason why am giving this a bad review plus when Ive gone in person to the store theyre rude you know the route but it seems like all the restaurants give you a refund when your order is wrong and I never filled with Chinese people they never want to give me money back they rather argue with you then to say OK you no one here you know we did mess up heres your money instead when I get with you and I dont want to give me money back he finally agreed he said he could only give me half because I like the food which I didnt so I told him you know what fine Ill go pick up the food the money tomorrow but then I decided you know what forget it its not even about the money its about how you too how you treat your customers so therefore this is the reason why am bad writing a bad review on this and I will never again order from these people again ever and Im gonna try to stay away from them so if you ever go there beware that they are rude and if somethings wrong with your food they will fight with you before they even give you a refund Tony is the owner/manager said that he doesnt speak English but yet he will speak English to me very rude people unprofessional

I dont even give this place a 1... more like negative 100. the delivery was fast, but the food all tasted like it was prepared in burned oil. the egg rolls were over stuffed and soggy. not crispy at all.. no flavor. Even tge hot oil tasted horrible.. there was a distinct smell that was unleasant. This was the worst chinese food ive ever had. when i asked for a refund, they had the nerve to ask me to return more than 80% of my food in order to get it, as if we measured and expected that it would be horrible and disgusting. Ive never been so insulted. I took what I had back the next day because they closed not long after the delivery the night before. the person who claimed to be manager should never return to work again because it is the poorest customer service ever. i wasted over $50 at this place. only after I threatened to dispute the charge through my credit card company due to dissatisfaction of service and refusal of a refund on his part, did he offer only a "partial" refund. I will NEVER set fot there again or eat there. if u are looking for a great chinese place to eat, I suggest u HURRY and pass them by because this place is NOT IT!

I received one of their flyers on the mail so I decided to give them a try.... NEVER again! I live 5-10 minutes from this place and received my food cold but I was okay no big deal thats what the microwave is for. I finally got over my first impression and decided to try their ED soup and it was beyond DISGUSTING they are using some type of cheap broth, food color, and too much cornstarch or thickening agent on it ....no rich flavors at all! I order some sweet and sour chicken and had to call the restaurant because the chicken was only tempura fried. 15-20 minutes later they send a kid with two small containers of runny sweet and sour sauce. Whats the point of take out if you have to go over your order and cook/prepare the meal all over again? And thats not the end of this nightmare... I ordered a boba tea with extra tapioca which tasted like 1% milk, no flavoring at all and maybe 1 tsp of boba pearls.... for $3.45 I wouldve rather bought a gallon of milk at the grocery store. Really bad experience and very disappointed; their food is now in the garbage, i am $20 short and I am still hungry.

I wanted to try a new take out place so we ordered delivery from them. I was told the delivery time be 45 minutes. After an hour I called and asked if they were running behind, or what was going on. The man on the phone said the driver was on his way. So I waited another 15 minutes and called back. I was told that he would contact the driver. After waiting another 15 minutes I called back, very irritated at this point, and asked if he had spoke to the driver. He said, "oh I cancelled order with the driver. " needless to say I waited an hour and a half for a man to tell me he cancelled my order which had been supposedly been on its way for over half an hour. I asked if I could speak to the manager because my card had already been charged $40 and I wanted a refund and the gentleman said they had no manager. I probably will never get my money back and I will never try to order from this place again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

First off let me say that the food is amazing no doubt have not had a bad meal here so whatever they are doing in the back kudos! Secondly the only con of a this restaurant are the three white pre-teens in the front who instead of working and standing up sit down at a table. The waiter who had the tattoos all of his body ( respect nice tats) undoubtly needs to loose his attitude while dropping straws and walking away from you while you are talking to him and sighing when you say excuse me. Thats why you will never get tips. The guy with the green long hair in unprofessional ragged clothes who seems to want to scream his conversation about this french girl who he has only known for two days but he is crushing on needs to shut the hell up. All in all good food sadly the front staff will run customers away with horrible service.

Used to eat here and order delivery from here at least 3 times per month. The food is decent, not spectacular. The way the delivery driver treated me today I will NEVER eat here or order from here again. With this type of service they will not stay in business much longer and they either need to wake up to that or suffer the defeat and have to close the doors. Customer service is the main problem this establishment has. The lack of english speaking staff and the rudeness from the driver is just a clear indication of how they are going to crash and burn faster and faster. The food is the only thing keeping them in business and the occasional visit from the HEB employees for lunch wont keep the bills paid....I give them 6 more months tops with their current attitudes.
