I work at a local retail establishment and order from this place religiously once a week. I have never had an issue with this place and recommend it to my coworkers. We really enjoy the food. So yesterday we ordered food and had it delivered. We have it delivered because it is very convenient when you are working for the food to be dropped off, and who has time to pick up food on a 30 minute lunch break? We placed an order for food, which included 2 soups, 1 egg roll, 1 crab puff, 2 entrees, and 2 orders of rice. When the food came, my coworker and I, were starving and excited that the food was here. When we began to remove food from the bag we had 1 soup, 2 egg rolls, 1 crab puff, 2 entrees, and 2 orders of rice. So my coworker called them, to notify them that they forgot a soup. The lady on the phone became very defensive and said “I know I didn’t put the other soup, I gave you and extra eggroll!” my coworker explained that we did not order that and would like our meal to be corrected. She argued that it was all good because the eggroll makes up for the missing soup. Then after a little bit more yelling, at my coworker, she said that if he wanted the soup, then he should come pick it up. He told her that the point of having food delivered, and tipping the driver, is that you don’t leave wherever you are. She then told them, if you don’t like that, the go order your food from somewhere else. Moral of the story … don’t order from there … they will not give you what you ordered and will decide to give you whatever they feel like giving you.

I just moved to this area and decided since this was near by, Id give it a try. The service was great. Its a family owned business and very kid friendly. Theyre very patient with children and were very inviting to the customers who were entering. The food was just as amazing. I tried the tidbit platter and it was definitely unlike the name. It was a large sampler appetizer platter that had a coal burning centerpiece with a beautiful blue flame. It was a nice touch for the skewers of beef. It gave a nice Smokey flavor and was just beautiful resting in the center of the table. The atmosphere felt calming and the lighting was very soft and inviting. Because it was a customary occasion, celebrated by the staff and owners at the time of my visit, we were given nice gifts and a calender at the end of dinner. Very different atmosphere from most restaurants Ive visited. They are very sweet and I really enjoyed myself. will definitely keep coming back.

This restaurant opened around 2009 or 2010 thefood was super excellent, about 4 years ago I believed they changed the ownership and thequality of food went down. being a regular customer I warned them about it and I begged them not to allow the restaurant food quality to go down. The next time I went in the quality was better not as good as before but better. It seemed that they changed ownership again and the foodis plain bad and horrible cheap flavor. I believe they will be closing before long I will try it one last time. Just to make sure. But will notbe going back. I gave it one star. And that used to be my favorite chinese restaurant now I have to lookfor a new favorite restaurant.

Ive been dining here since they opened, and usually visit 2-3 times a week. It has been consitently good-until the last few months. During that time, I have experienced lukewarm soup, soup with less ingredients than usual and rubbery overcooked chicken on several occasions. Additionally, the staff seems more harried than usual. The ambiance and cleanliness are still too notch.

Usually is a great place for lunch. An awesome lunch special. The owner did something real cheesy. I ordered spicy beef Lo mien with vegetables. She gave me only vegetable lo mien. When I asked about it she said I ordered begin lo mien and it would be $2 more. I said ok. Looked at the menu it was the same price for both. Im a regular patron. Very short sighted.

The food is good but the driver cant speak English well enough for me to help him locate the apt. He must not be able to utilize GPS and I tried for about 10 min. I cant understand him and he cant understand me. I finally called the rest. and asked that another driver deliver it. I just cancelled the oprder and went out. Will NEVER use them again!

I eat here fairly regularly as it is close to home, relatively cheap and consistently excellent food. Lunch specials are quite filling for less than $10/person with soft drink/tea. I have yet to try anything on their menu that I havent enjoyed, but the Triple Delight is probably my personal favorite. Service is always friendly and prompt.

Staff had an attitude problem. Said we need to limit creditcard orders. U getting paid, really. Delivered wrong order and want to argue about it, two different staff persons. The last time I will order from somebody else.Food good but service sucks. On one occasion they delivery bad egg drop soap. I am so done.

I normally never write reviews, but this place is awesome! Some of the best, and fastest, chinese food in the area. Ive tried a few dishes from here and theyve all been excellent. They use good cuts of meat, so you never wonder what exactly youre getting. Its the only place I order from now.

Terrible customer service, food wasnt very good, rice was undercooked. I spoke to the nice host and she tried to give me a refund and she was fired for doing so. She told me her boss just wanted me to take the food and show them I didnt eat it and they gave me huge problems when I showed up.

No difference between Mandarin Fried Rice and Fried rice. If you ask for mandarin they just added chicken,beef,shrimp to friend rice. Food is not great taste. I gave 3 for ambiance and service. Kung Pao Chicken is my favorite anywhere but in Bamboo Garden its not at all good.

One of the best Chinese restaurants Ive been to. Super fast service and very clean. Nice modest decorations with pink napkins and doilies under plates. Great lunch menu and you can customize. Love the soups and orange chicken here but many times the rice has been burned.

Delivery is always fast, hot, and the usual driver is the most friendly and happy guy ever! The fried rice is great! Tid bit platter for two, with fried rice, feeds four of us. Weve been getting delivery here for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed.

I was about to pull into Mickey Ds for a quick and dirty lunch when I spotted this gem. For about the same cost as your typical fast food meal I got a great lunch special. Good food, quick service. On par or better than most neighborhood Chinese restaurants.

Terrible Customer Service!! I attempted to call management before posting this review. Did not return my call. The delivery driver was rude!!!!! Find someone that can deliver your food with some form of people skills. Food is ok, but Ive had better.
